In all fairness, My PS3 was already sent in for repair as well. The Blu-ray drive gave out. Sony was good enough to actually install a new blu-ray drive and get MY system back to me in 11 days total.
So yeah…no system is invincible. Main point of this topic was how the customer was complaining with me about how it sucks the xbox keeps dying, but at the first mention of the word Sony he fanboys up and just says something stupid.
