A New Sony PSN Plan

this might be off topic but do you think Sony will make an update where we have something like “Ps3 arcade” like how the shitbox has?

except this isn't sony making these predictions, it's a senior video business analyst.

and we all know predictions don't always come true.

I'd like to see it happen, but sony makes it's money (in the ps3 department) with it's games, and not the console.  if they can get more money selling the games at the normal price, then that's what they'll do.  but m guessing if they realise it's more profitable to just put the content on psn without the use of publishing the game onto the disc, then there's a chance they might do it still.

personally, I'd still buy the retail disc version.
