I'm pretty sure the ship doesn't matter. Go to youtube and look for bling brigade, it looks like in that video the ships didn't matter just the skin.

all you need is all the ships to have campaign (silver) skins. thats the only requirement. (i got this one…). i'm guessing 2 players can have the same ship. as long as its got the camp skin…
