I don't actually have the game, just curious to know for when it has a price drop, still like $88 here or something.
January 29, 2010 at 2:04 pm #56439Domba_carMemberSo to get the plat on this game I need to go online? How many trophies need online?

Thats expensive in here it cost 44,99 euros
January 29, 2010 at 2:52 pm #56452BigWoopMagazineMemberWow that is really expensive – hopefully by the time the price drops there will be a bundle deal for the DLC – they just announced the third one coming “The Secret Armory of General Knoxx”. At $10 a pop its starting to get a little pricey for the DLC too!
And like I posted earlier it should only take an hour or less to get the online trophies – theres only like 5 of them.
EDIT: If you need help getting them, I play this game A LOT. Just hit me up and I'll pop in with a low level char so you can kill me.
January 29, 2010 at 2:58 pm #56456Doc-BMemberWhat would you say was better – The Borderlands DLC or the Fallout DLC…
The DLC with the hill-billy's was pretty big… The Mother ship Zeta kinda sucked…
Zombie Island was pretty funny to play through, except the Braaaaaaaaaaaaains mission, and the Moxi stuff is kinda a grind… Hope the next one ain't the same
January 29, 2010 at 3:14 pm #56461BigWoopMagazineMemberhard to say since I haven't played the fallout DLC. I might just say borderlands DLC, but just because I think its a better game overall. I like that its more shooter based, I got really annoyed with fallout sometimes because it sucks if you try to just go guns blazing, you pretty much have to use VATS all the time. Also, Fallout freezes all the time for me, Borderlands never does. The Braaaaaaaaaaaaaains mission wasn't bad for me (although I don't have the trophy, so close, then YLOD), you just have to get it first and do it as you do the other missions. I always go for criticals with my siren anyways. I think Moxxi's would have been a lot cooler if you got loot from the enemies – it would have made loot farming really fun.
January 29, 2010 at 5:40 pm #56469The GeneralMemberI'm really beginning to regret not getting this at launch when it was $38.83.

“New weapons and items are also promised, along with a previously confirmed raising of the character level cap from 50 to … an undisclosed limit.”
This is some sweet news… Although I'm not sure the level cap thing will keep me playing this after the DLC. I'd prefer one very large DLC that was more like “Borderlands 2″, rather than 3-5 smallish DLC's… I'd def. pay near enough the price of a full game. I love the idea of bringing a sequel to a game through “patching” as such, like GTA, kinda… Saint's row 2 could've def came out as DLC because it was the same map… All the Fifa games could be patched instead of on disc pretty much, and it would cost everyone less in the process…
February 14, 2010 at 2:54 am #57732xxKnightmarExxMemberWoah, it is as easy as everybody said, just need to go up 8 more levels to 50 and I'll have plat.
