This is from criteriongames.com:
Our first pack of 2009 is called Burnout™ Paradise Party. It's available from our brand new in-game store, the Playstation Store or Xbox Live Marketplace on Friday 6th February 2009! Or if you're new to Burnout, you'll find it packaged for free with our new game – Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box.
Burnout Paradise is an awesome social game, but the action's all online. With Party, we wanted to create something for when all the players are in one place – gathered around a single screen.
Fans of the classic Crash Mode from Burnout 2: Point of Impact will know that this is not the first time we've done something like this. And we hope the response to Party is as warm as it was for Crash mode.
So, if you like to get together and play games, it's time to break out the drinks, party hats and balloons!
There is no confirmed price yet for the DLC in Playstation Store but for the XBL Marketplace they said it's gonna cost 800 MS Points..No confirmation date on the Car/Bike Pack DLC yet..

now just waiting for big surf island, that is where it will be at!

yeah..they just added the trophies so more people will get it..they could've just made it a free download in PSN cause it's not worth the $10..can't also wait for the toy cars and big surf island..
