Call of Duty 8 details

I was reading the comments underneath and there is so many people unnecessarily getting angry at this jeez if you don't like it don't buy it i'll probably give it a go.

erm i dont know, i guess you'll just have to check how manys still online mw2? like 300,000?

people can complain as much as they like but look at how many still bought mw2, then they say they dont like it, then they fking play it again, weird cunts.

Exactly, they need to start using beta's again in the CoD series, their just making it look good & want us to splash the cash to try it out.

Though I imagine I'd get this anyway.

it says that at the bottom of the article, yet didn't activision `ditch` infinity ward? or is IW continueing the franchise name with a different dev now? i don't know, i've not been reading much into the CoD games as of recent…

I agree with Ratchet here.. FPS spin-offs really are quite stupid. I won't comment on this game itself, nothing has really been released on it yet. 

However, I think before we start talking about sales, we should see how Black Ops manages. Everyone started hating on the CoD series when MW2 came out. So, Black Ops should sell like shit, if people stick to their guns. And if Black Ops sells like shit, this game has no chance in hell, unless it does something revolutionary. But I know it won't. As long as it has that Call Of Duty name on it, the company will always have restrictions and rules towards the games development. 

There are 3 types of people who play COD. 1. The fanboys. “MW2 is the best game ever” 2. The people who thinks its a decent game. They buy it but will only buy it for certain reasons “My friends are all going to buy it” or “Il only buy it for zombies” 3. The people who absolutely hate the series after COD4. All 3 types will buy all the new CODs coming out.

im not backing COD up as it may seem, im stating the point that even though everyone is saying “wtf, another one, talk about milking…” i can bet you more than half the people that will say that will end up getting it anyways. even look on this site, how many thick bastards said theyre not getting mw2, then they get it, then they say they dont like, then they play it even more.. fking stupid tbh.

when i went to buy UFC 2010, i preordered COD: Black Ops coz you can cancel anyways if you want it and at least you know youve got one if you do want it. black ops will definetly not sell like shit, actually, it'll probably outsell mw2.
