Right then, so who has this game? What do you think?
I got this with my hardened edition of MW2 and I really like it, I am playing on Regular and actually finding it quite difficult. I am on the ship level which I believe is the last English level in the game.

One of the more noticable things:
– L2 to aim and R2 to shoot (IW why do this when MW2 is L1 and R1 it's very confusing at times?)

– no sprint (makes this a bit more difficult – stand up to move faster but reveal more of yourself to your enemies)

– Checkpoint recession ( On the ship level I am at a point where there is about 6 more objectives to complete to the end of the level and there is no checkpoint until you finish the level – veteran will be a huge pain)

So tell me what you think about the game.

i too have noticed those problems and the change from L1 to L2 and R1 to R2 is quite bothersome! i think the game is fairly tough but i am only playing on normal. this will be the hardest version of veteran on any cod game! that's why i'm putting off the play time of this game but i did try it and it's not bad. i once played it for the computer so it brings back memories lol. finch92 had almost beat veteran a few weeks ago before say fack that lol

i find the controls quite annoying, and after a while i get eye strain. I can never find an online game, but I can't comment on the campaign yet. The loading times are also a bit long.

Okay then I know have only two trophies left for this game excluding the platinum.

Head Charger

Finish the game in hardened difficulty

War Hero

Finish the game in veteran difficulty

Yesterday, after I finished the ship level and started the Russian levels things got a lot easier. Mainly beacuse you always started off with a sniper and a SMG – Sniper owns!!

Then I started veteran, and made a horrific discovery – There are no health packs on veteran!!:O

Nevertheless I am unphased and fully intend on getting a platinum for this game – and make a kick ass trophy guide for it.

All veteran will take is A LOT of trial and error – the enemies always spawn in the same place so if your ready for them you can take them out before they get a shot on you.

Who ever is intending to buy this and ” Whore ” the simple and easy golds , please be aware the Story completion trophies are none stackable . Meaning playing it once on Veteran will not unlock those beneath it (Regular,Hardened) . Just thought id throw that out there .

how big is the game is it over 1gb

yea l1 to l2 is a pain.. u must have mis interpreted what i meant cory i was nowhere near finishing veteran lol i was only on like lvl 6 but decided to stop because i realised the trophies werent stackable. playing it from the start on normal now. its an ok game but for any1 wanting the platinum your looking at 3 playthroughs with 1 being on veteran with no health regenaration or health packs its insanly hard tbh cos if u hit a checkpoint with hardly any health u have to do the rest of the lvl like that plus its 2 shots and your dead so congrats if u manage the platinum on this its harder than cod5 and mw2 plats which i have but dont think il get this 1

oh yeah i was definitely a bit off lol.

if i ever get done with all the other games i'm working on i'm gonna try to plat this game but wow vet is gonna be so hard lol

I asked nextgentactics to do a veteran walkthrough on youtube but they fobbed me off in favour of MW2 Search & Destroy tactic videos
