a packet of ready salted crisps is all you need 🙂 that and water. Science, when you drink the alcohol makes your body think there is more salt in your body than there actually is. So your body gets rid of it the quickest way possible (hence why you go to the toilet a lot when you've ha a few). So the reason you feel bad in the morning is a result of a chemical miss balance and the quickest way to rectify the problem is to have something salty, and the potato in crisps will soak up the remaining alcohol in your stomach.
Wow i learned something, i prefer french fries but I like a bag of chips every few weeks, I have a packet of crisps almost every day but I'm really skinny.
