The series is quite ridiculous now , a game every year ? I already know Modern Warfare 3 will probably be set for release in 2011 . Its basicly a huge money bank , they make the games and the customers bring the money , simple as that . Im a sucker for a good war campaign , and since ive seen and loved so many 'Nam movies i do see myself buying this . That does not mean however i wont eventually figure out how bad it really is and go sell it to my friend or 40$ and pick up a couple of T-Shirts .

I'm gonna have to wait and see how this game turns out. I wasnt as happay as i thought i would be witht the last one.

I am only going to buy COD 7 if it has zombies on it. And truly if IW put some zombies or Alliens on the game it will be very cool but they wont. The zombies is the better card that the treyarch has everybody likes the multiplayer of MW2 but some people including me still play COD 5 beacause of the zombies.

I'll probably get this because I have never played a Vietnam game and I don't know anything about the Vietnam war. If their zombies than I'll pre-order.

wtf.. LOADS of company's make 1 game a year such as FIFA and most other sports games and who honestly cares about this if they always turn out mint?

looking forward to this of course and COD MMO would probably fantastic as the online normally is.

uugghh. The word Treyarch just spells disaster. overpowered guns, seriously bad servers etc…

1 overpowered gun – MP40

i never had any problems with the servers, no lag.

I liked W@W, it was my first COD and i really got into the multiplayer at one stage. But then i bought COD4 and that blew me away tbh. So vietnam……well its going to be interesting as it hasn’t really been done before. But i am much more excited about the new Medal Of Honor. I love those games from the original on PS1 to Airborne, i’ve owned them all! 😀

to be perfectly honest, 1 overpowered gun is all you need to kill the fun of a online game WaW would be a lot better if it didnt have that gun or toned it down a lot, a 9mm submachine gun doing more damage of a gas powered sniper rifle at the same distance is ridiculous…
i just hope WaW2 isnt a cheap rip off of mw2, WaW could be compared with CoD4 in so many ways (killstreak rewards, perks etc)yet despite treyarch more or less copying and pasting, iw didnt brinng zombie mode back which i find weird. they surely couldnt think spec ops was grounbreaking stuff

Yeah i think Activision just wants to make money off CoD. They're milking it just like Guitar Hero.

Yeah, Guitar Hero's been milked way to much. 9 Guitar Hero Games, Dj Hero and Band Hero. That's just way too much.. I don't want COD to get like that. If Infinity Ward stopped making COD and started a new series similar to Modern Warfare and not let Treyarch in on the game they could make a better game than COD.

FIFA has loads of difference. FIFA 09 didn't have 360 turning and felt unresponsive. They put 360 Dribbling in FIFA 10 and it's much better than 09. And teams change strips and sign new players so they nead to make a new game.

And Mw2 than Call of duty 5 is better so both games improves in every way

are you off your head?

they brung more new things than you'll ever imagine:

virtual pro > and create own game face

360 dribbling

they evened out defenders and goalkeepers so the attackers werent too fast for them

new 15 season manager mode etc…

they just need better servers.

@kog73, i think IW have did it more their own way instead of using things from WaW, which is good.
