Snipers aren't campers. I think it's silly that people think this. I mean, sniping is long range, so to play with a sniper rifle properly, you have to be at long range from your enemy. And, they are made to be deadly accurate when stationary, so that another thing you'd have to do to be a proper sniper. And on top of that, you're given a ghillie suit! I mean, why would you run around when clearly, sniper classes are built for sitting in one place and picking off foes from miles off?

I see sniping as unsporting but I do love sneaking up on one putting a knife in his pussyhole back and scream 'You just got knocked da f**k out'

I haven't dealt with any campers in Killzone 2 or Resistance 2

I dealt with loads on KZ2 and R2 I enjoyed them both but they were still present

I personally don't mind campers in FPS. I think if you're good enough to find a spot and defend it from the guys that are inevitably going to try and flank you then fair deuce. I can honestly hold my hand up and say I've never played a round that I felt was ruined by campers. 

And quite a few of these games are meant to simulate real war. And real snipers camp! At least we often have the benefit of a kill-cam.

I do frown on spawn camping though. In some games it's not much of an advantage (BC2) as the spawn is so large it just becomes a close quarter shoot-out. But there's nothing I hate more than some butthead sitting at the end of a narrow spawn with his scope centred on where he knows you're face is going to appear.

i agree with you ninja, but running round quick scoping pays off just as much once you get good at it!

I'm guessing I am one of those people? I wouldn't say we slag it off really (Well, Nick and Gev do but they're slightly insane ;D ) it's just that it's one of our least favourite game series. The novelty wears off really quickly, the public online games are awful because of the way people play them, ect. 

The thing that entices me to play is purely my friends. There's a handful of people at my college with PS3s, the rest have 360s. We often sit and play private matches and zombies for hours. Sometimes we brave the public matches, but they are so frustrating, we only play them to unlock everything then play privately. Personally, I get more of a kick from shotgunning my friends faces rather than strangers online. That's probably because I spent years playing split screen Goldeneye 64 with my dad and cousins and my whole family and my childhood friends.

haha yeh i suppose you are but didnt you play MW2 the most out of everyone (well most of my FL anyways) the first 2 month(ish)? no offence but im sure i remember you hitting 3 days on it within like the first 2 weeks :L

where does it say we play as Fidel Castro? it says we play as JFK, the president whom is well known for being assassinated, havent seen video yet. they appear to have removed it already! however i have all the other ones that got deleted downloaded on my laptop, (will upload if anyone missed out), now need to find this somewhere….shouldnt take too long

I don't think so. I played it for a few days from release then barely touched it until christmas because none of my friends had it yet. We were still playing Uncharted 2 and stuff at that time though. It was only after christmas when I played it non stop for about 2 or 3 months. I sold it in March.
