Every year, KFC's nearly 1 billion chickens are crammed by the tens of thousands into filthy sheds, and their throats are cut while the birds are still conscious and able to feel fear and pain. Some birds end up being scalded to death in feather-removal tanks. The company's own animal welfare advisors asked the company to make changes, but KFC refused.

Many people don't realize that chickens are as intelligent as cats and dogs. Chickens recognize each other's facial expressions, and they nurture their young. If KFC's executives did to cats and dogs what KFC's suppliers do to chickens, KFC's execs could be arrested on felony cruelty-to-animals charges!

During PETA's undercover investigation, workers at a KFC “Supplier of the Year” slaughterhouse were documented throwing chickens against the wall, spitting tobacco in their eyes, spray-painting their faces, and even ripping the heads off live birds!

This is ridiculous.

Do Not Support KFC!!!!!

i havent eaten fast-food in the longest time. And i dont plan on eating it any time soon.

Even with KFC being fast-food, this is still ridiculous.

How would they like it if i spray-painted their faces, threw them against the wall, then threw them in a feather removal tank and ripped off their heads while they were still alive and well.

Bastards. I hope Colonel Sanders is rotting in hell.

It's horrible! I have never eaten at “Kentucky Fried Cruelty” my entire life.

What they are doing to chickens is IMO the same as the holocaust. It's inhumane, cruel and sick! There's so many people who overlook the connection between the meat they eat and animal sloughter. People need to open their eyes and realise that meat is indeed murder, and is not necessary in a healty diet.

I have never heard a decent argument for eating meat. It's Unhealthy, cruel and it tastes like shit. If you disagree and find meat tasty, try eating it raw. It's the marinade, spices etc that make it taste nice.

It's not natural, normal, comforting, cheery or kind. It's death for noreason.

OK, chickens may feel pain… but they are not as smart as cats or dogs by a long shot! 1st, all animal skulls (including ours) our the right size for the brain to sit in…

2nd, have you seen a chickens head its tiny, so its brain is very very small

3rd, a chicken can be hypnotised using a single piece of chalk…

I agree it’s cruelty but i`m not going to turn vegetarian over it if thats what you mean AleksW because the consumption of meat is what humans were well made to do i guess just check out a book about the teeth and see what some of them are designed to do 🙂

I'm not trying to convert anyone to vegetarianism. I don't find a Ps3trophy forum a adequate place for such

Human teeth have been the same for thousands of years when meat was essential to survive, so to say that since we have teeth, we must eat innocent creatures, is irrelevant today.

With regard to animalintelligence, eventough a chickens may have reduced braincapacity compared to cats and dogs, it dosen't make it right to sloughter them.

i saw the vid it was quite shocking but severly let down by the stupid blonde bitch who was calling it kuntucky fried cruelty this made me laugh and now my science class all hate me cos they think i was laughing a dying chickens which i want to say i wasnt

ummm in the part of the philippines i go to they treat chickens like shit, my cousins were killing them by sticking their heads into boiling hot water & we had fun shooting them with BB guns ( it doesnt seem fun now, but my cousins are dum & i think they have problems )

its survial of the fittest yes the chikens have no chance of living but its helping use from hunger and also do you think the chickens wouldnt do the same thing to use if hey could im sure if they were the dominate thing we would be getting slaughterd by them so its how ou look at it i dont see it bad in my opinion since we have since the begining of time been killing animals for the meat and fur and other stuff its only as we have got more advanced in the process what is less harmfull to the animals than it was 100s of years ago that people have started to complain about it i tend not to care its like the people who complain about use cutting down tree i think to my self for starters their handing out leafelts which is paper comes from trees also their pay cheuq is paper and the notes are paper i see no problem to this at all i respect your opinion but i also think that my opinion should be respected aswell ( survial of the fitest
