I wouldn't know as I would never touch that piece of sh*t game but it is very, very easy even on the hardest difficulty.

Not a Bad guide at all! Though you did forget to mention the level creator. Trials of St.Lucia is a great add on for 10 dollars. If you can't quite get a large enough combo for 200 or 666 and you don't want to go to Malebolge. If you go to trials of St. Lucia you can create a level to make it easy to get any trophy that isn't a collectible.
