Thats kind of embarassing 37 fixes in a day one patch. Can you say RUSHED? Well atleast they update their game………………….. Bethesda!! They never even fixed the vampire glitch in oblivion, it is almost a game breaking glitch

I'm only about 1-2 hours into the game and its doing pretty good so far. Wheni pre-ordered the game I got upgraded to the “special edition.” By this I mean that they put another piece of paper in the box that has a series of numbers that, when entered, shows that you have unlocked a rather impressive weapon.  Instead, what you unlock is not the weapon, but in fact the “recipe” for it; you still have to look and find all the effin' parts for the weapon.  I'm just glad I was upgraded for frre or i would have been pissed!  But its ok, I just went back to beating zombies over the head with wooden paddles, nail boards, and other breakable weapons.

@GHOST – I think I'd rather have the recipe than just the weapon. I mean, I'd be really pissed if I got to use the weapon until it broke, then never again until I found the recipe. And if they gave you the weapon and the recipe, you'd still only get to use it until it broke, so you'd have to find the parts for it again anyway.

True, But why not give them both? The recipe so you can see how its made and the weapon so you can decide if you like using it? I mean everyone has their own way when killing zombies. You can also repair the item at benches around the island. I was just a little disappointed because I saw the picture and was like “Yes! Can't wait to use that!” and then didn't get to.  But I am trying to find all the pieces though.

Now I can't rent it until next tuesday, the blockbuster near my house was all out. Doc, we're gonna have to play later

Oh my god, why did they release this game like this? FO:NV was glitchy but it was playable, right? Well this isn’t. It’s a shame really. I think they had some good ideas… Oh that’s right, they’re all stolen from actually good games. I can’t even be bothered to finish it (BECAUSE I CAN’T) This, Duke Nukem, and SOCOM4 are basically competing for the top suckage award but the odd thing is that I do remember having some fun with those titles… Biggest dissapointment of 2011? Let’s hope so. So if anyone hasn’t gotten the message yet:AVOID THIS. Save your money, there are plenty of good games on the horizon and past titles that are much more worth your time and money than this game. (And on an unrelated note I’m sorry for being a d!***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** on that thread, I should’ve put some smileys in there to indicate I wasn’t being serious.)

So… On Wednesday when i had the game, 3 days before UK launch, i could get online without to much hassle… Even got into a 4 player but the quest was glitched… And was playing the game without the patch…

But today, launch day, after installing the patch also, i find myself failing to join any game whatsoever?? WTF?? Player 'X'' failed to join – Game is no longer available – Unable to connect etc. And on top of that it's telling me i can't join some games because they are diff. version or some sh!t… I stopped in between attempts to play MK9 online with my mate for about  an hour without any connection problems at all…

The fact that i can't get online has killed it for me right now… The drop-in/drop-out co-op was the other main factor that interested me about this game… And Online, for me anyway, just isn't happening  

Very very very disappointed thus far  And like I said I've really not played much SP at all, but that's not what i bought it for!

I feel both your guy’s pain. When I saw that trailer, I was like “Fcuk yeah, day 1”!! Then my friend told me 4 player co op and I pre ordered it (I didn’t get a bonus for doing that >_<) Took us forever to set it to PSN. Why is it set to LAN on default? Does anyone even use that? Then we sent invites back and forth just hoping that just maybe the hyped up co op would work but I'm relieved to see we weren't the only ones with problems. My blockbuster and the local ones are all closed here, too. I'd much rather rent a game like Dead Island and Homefront so I don't feel like an idiot but Netflix and Redbox are the infinitely better options for movies so… :,( I'm glad that R3 didn't dissapoint, gives me hope.

At least you got the co op to work. We couldn’t have anyone join or anything. Then I couldn’t finish the quest was on because it wouldn’t let me talk to the guy. Checked and I met all the requirements. Maybe they’ve already patched everything? I wouldn’t know because I’ve stopped playing it out of disgust. Everyone I know acknowledges the glitches are there, I guess some can see past them and some can’t. I would definitely give it another go…but in co op only and when they’ve made the game playable.
