That was my last trophy for the Plat.
I'm not sure if they fixed the drops with a patch… But I ended up using the 'Wait 5 hours' method, as over all my playthroughs and hours spent playing I only ever found 4…
Will you be playing the arena DLC as I could use a hand with some of the trophies??

Four from one playthrough is very good… Seems they fixed the drop rate or your just pretty lucky
You might get the fifth when you play the beginning with the other 3 char.?It's not just waiting at any box… There's a particular box and method but it really is a 'last option' option… And it's pre-patch…
If you're really stuck let me know and I'll try and find it…
