i hate staying inside as well, so i go outside a lot. I just dont like playing sports, i suck at them, so i just get owned every time i try them, and im just not an athletic person. If its a stupid sport, like something me and my friends make up, then i'll play, because usually we just beat the crap out of each other lol.
I know most people would prefer to play, but i just prefer to watch.
September 20, 2009 at 4:48 pm #43410iiDiNkStErRMember!!!GET THE ***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** IN!!!
What a game between Manchester United & Manchester City ay?
Best game i've seen in a long time, 4 – 3!!!
Who else but Michael Owen to score in the 96 minute of the game!!! I love football!!!
September 20, 2009 at 6:07 pm #43413NinjaMidgetMemberyour damn right dinkster, what a match!!!
unlucky that berba didn't score, shay given was fantastic in denying quite a few goals, but most of city's goals were down to mistakes from utd:
1st goal – obviously foster
2nd goal – oshea should have realised bellamy was going to go on his right foot (fantastic goal anyway though!)
3rd goal – awful awful mistake by ferdinand!
who cares though, wonderful result and such a good game, now i can only hope that spurs will bring it back against chealski!
September 20, 2009 at 6:54 pm #43418Collbreast_23Memberi will watch the game later, it does sound like a cracker though!
and as for all the agruing above about skill and stuff, i can clear it up.. im not saying none of you know what your talking about but i can safely say from my knowledge none of you are on a sports course or anything like that..
Anyway, the proper definition of skill, that i have been taught is.. 'being able to perform a certain movement or technique consistenly and accurately in a game situation with minimal use of energy, effort and time.'
And about the whole which sport takes more skill, to be fair no sport requires more skill because they are all unique and demand different things from the participant. Football is a pretty simple game and does require many skills, but comparing it to badminton was very wrong, that too requires just as many skillls, same too with any sport you can think of. i think most people recognised this, im not having a go at you knoxie but i think you need to accept that football isnt the be all and end all.. lol yes its a very good game, i enjoy watching it just as much as playing it but i enjoy the other sports available here just as much.

1. yeah i am, doing GCSE PE.
2. i was trying to mean there's so many attributes you need for footy.
3. ive never said its everything… but it is the best sport in the world imo.
4. so do i enjoy other sports, i like volleyball (currently doing in my games lesson) and cricket, tennis, etc…
September 20, 2009 at 7:47 pm #43425Collbreast_23Memberi did GCSE PE too bud lol to be fair, most of what they teach you doesnt even get used when you move up to college.. i was very suprised at what school taught me and what was even relavent.. yeah i know what you meant, just i think you made your point in the wrong way i guess. i havent played volleyball in ages, wouldnt mind a game actually, ill see if i can lead a session for it in college in the next week! thanks

Really, you have 2 argue that his performance on saturday is only equalled by that of drogba so far this season v.Annoying

As a Liverpool fan I don't care how annoying Torres gets as long as he scores. Anybody BUT Babel for the assist would've been nice cause now he'll get a run in the team and he's just not good enough.
September 28, 2009 at 3:45 pm #44209Collbreast_23Memberwhat are you talking about.. babel is a good if not great player.. its benitez who buys players, says they WILL be good in time then never plays them. players only grow with experience, how can they if he never plays them?!
that counts for babel, n'gog, and every other youngster.. shame on benitez!!

babel isnt that good tbh. he may of scored 2 goals yesterday but they have to be the two easiest ive ever seen lol.
cmon, one was a tap in nearly on the line and the other, how lucky please?
but torres! the complete striker? i think so.
keane!!!! got four and he has deserved it tbh!
newcastle 4-0 ipswitch, was it expected? top o' the league!
September 28, 2009 at 6:04 pm #44229Collbreast_23Memberi wasnt refering to babels goals.. he is a striker but played as a winger, like kuyt.. why they dont score, torres wouldnt score if he was played wide.. babel has pace, skill, good 1st touch and a good passer of the ball.. he deserves more game time
