cant wait til the game tonight! i hope chelsea win to heat up the title race but im expecting a 1-1 draw tbh. also, i hope giggs starts to get that 606th league game!

and on a sidenote; the toon have began talks with gervinho supposedly

Everton have probably been the most inconsistent team in the league this year. Every time they seem to be turning the corner they take a knock back. They knock Chelsea out of the FA Cup, beat Sunderland fairly handy with a good performance. Then they get beaten by Reading.

Well well well, the title race has been blown open. It's still a two horse race but Liverpool and Chelsea could win the league….. for Arsenal.

Liverpool V Manchester United on Sunday, always a cracker. Vidic is suspended, Ferdinand and Evans are injured. Sir Alex reckons he's playing Chris Smalling and Wes Brown at centre back and who's coming over the horizon?? Ady Mutha***** Carroll! I can't wait. We'll have to be a lot better than against West Ham though.

if im honest, i'd love to see arsenal win the league! glad fergie is facing disciplinary action after what he said about the ref in the chelsea game, especially as he was complaining about luiz who did something like rooney but not as bad!!! cant believe he can say there was nothing wrong with what rooney done then say luiz should be off , and also luiz is looking a cracking player already may i say!

i too cant wait for the pool v manu game, looking a very open game with all the players set to miss the game. im predicting goals tbh, and i'll give my actual prediction closer to the time!

ps. i cant wait to see carroll should he play a part in the game!

I'm absolutely delighted with the game today! 3-1 Kuyt with a hatrick I wonder what the odds on that would have been??

Not to take from Luis Suarez though, he was absolutely outstanding I mean what he done for that first goal Messi would have been proud of.

It might be one of the best title finishes yet, Arsenal have a game in hand (albeit against Tottenham) if they win they will only be behind on goal difference. I reckon Bolton might take something off United in a couple of weeks.

Champions League/Europa League back again this week

Barcelona V Arsenal, Wilshere has declared himslef fit no Van Persie or Walcott though and Fabregas and Song are doubts, I still think Barcelona will edge it though becuase of Arsenal's famously wobbly defence.

Tottenham V Milan, Bale and Van Der Vaart should be back for spurs, no Gattuso obvously for Milan and you can't see Tottenham not going through to be honest.

Europa League:
Liverpool are away to Portugeuse side Braga, Manchester City are away to Dinamo Kiev and Rangers are away to PSV Eindhoven they're all tricky ties and hopefully will be more interesting than the Europa League has been this season.

Hoping for a Wolves win now against Tottenham.

kuyts first hattrick in the prem and there was no better place to get it! lucky enough he got in the right places at the right time, cos they werent exactly inspirational goals from him! suarez was motm for me, did everything right all the game, and that run was pure inspiration, quality! glad to see carroll back too, with him winning the first header within seconds of coming on :L manu were totally outran in midfield, they couldve done with fletch on instead of carrick who was considerably poor :/ still glad pool won seeing as the title race has heated up

i wrote arsenal off last week when i heard how many will be missing the game, but it looks like v.persie and fabregas will be playing! RVP is in the squad and fab has a 90% chance to start supposedly! maybe closer than i first thought, but i still fancy barca to knock them out with a 3-1 win. spurs should definitely be through with bale and VDV ready to return, and they are the team i want through the most tbh!

@knoxie glad to hear you want spurs to go through. I was disappointed with us against wolves. We shouldn't be getting outplayed by teams like that if we want to get in the top 4 again. I have no idea what Hutton thought he was doing. How did he not think he would get caught by pulling him back like that? He really should have got sent off for that.

I'm gona start trying to get the fifa 11 trophies so I was thinking that we should start up our own pro club.

Ok I will. I can only play on weekends and fridays though, so I'll add you then. My position is RB.

nice score prediction there knoxie!. I am glad Arsenal are out because I want them to concentrate on the league as I feel they are the only team that can stop United from getting the 19th title.

Why can't referees stay away from the spotlight. I understand the rule and I understand that the referee has to enforce the rules but that was a ridiculous decision to send off Robin Van Persie, plus I genuinely believe he didn't here the whistle I think they said on Sky that it was one second from the whistle going to RVP taking the shot. Plus them Barca fans can bloody whistle when the opposition have the ball. It threatened to ruin the game as a spectacle.

With or without Gareth Bale tomorrow I am all for Tottenham going through.

Bad injury news for Liverpool today. One of our very few natural left-sided players Fabio Aurelio has teared his hamstring and will be out for a month. This guy is made of glass he always seems to be injured.

My new three teams I expect to be relegated are: Wigan, West Brom and Birmingham.

About the Pro Club thing, I'll join no problem I haven't been on in a few days but I don't play Be a Player mode much so I don't know what position would suit me so I'll probably have to try a few.

I play 4-2-3-1 in manager mode at the moment so it's a familiar formation.

The Van Percie sending off was the biggest joke I've seen in a long time. You're right about Sky reporting that only a second had elapsed between whistle and kick.

And the fans weren't the only problem, I'm pretty sure it was the Barca keeper Valdez that got a suspension after he immitated a ref's whistle and an attacking player that was through on goal stopped because he thought off-side had been blown against him. Crap like that can happen and the players should be given some bit of allowance.

If I was Wenger I would have dragged my team off the pitch and spat at the ref's feet.

i wish i had a bet on my prediction now, wouldve won a bit dosh! arsenal now have to focus on knocking manu off top spot!

as for the RVP sending off, it totally killed the game. i think everyone knew the gunners were never gonna go on and get through after that. barcas passing never ceases to amaze me, and their goals were again top class!

im still going with wigan, wolves and west brom to go down! in a way it'd be alright cos i wouldnt mind getting n'zogbia or brunt for cheaper should they go down.

kieran, i will request to sign you for the club then, and weekends is alright with me!

red, maybe you should try and get your pros overall up and have a few games on be a pro before playing with us, y'know just to get used to it and find your position. it would be helpful if your pro had a competent overall and even better if you could play CAM just behind me!
