I found the answer, but it includes deleting everything off you PS3 (Save Date, Game Save, Firmware, Music and Videos, Games, Accounts…) And to me, its not worth it, so if anyone really wants to do this here you go.

P.S. READ EVERYTHING!

Domba – when you say delete everything, thats the answer for pretty much EVERY problem. In any issue, just clean out your system, and it will work.

I hate that solution. I never use it.. i usually just wait it out.

Well, I guess your right, anyway im just not going to use my PS3 for 3 days and then try. That helped most people from that forum topic.

ok my brother gets this alot when downloading from the store and his connection is wireless. so when he gets this he simply puts an ethernet into his ps3. Then tries to download again
