How can you compare Joe to Grohl? Grohl is on drums and Joe is guitar. If your talking about name, then i still say Grohl, because im not a fan of Joe.. Im a massive fan of Grohl. He is good at every instrument he plays!

Dave Grohl is a guitarist……… He just plays Drums in Nirvana because obviously Kurt Cobain is… or nshould I say Was better.

and is Dave Grohl the Drummer of Guitarist for this band.

And one more thing you campared Joe to Grohl, you should compare Satriani with Grohl and Satriani is WAY cooler

i disagree, im just not a fan of satriani.. he is not very original, im not a fan of his playing.

Grohl is the drummer of the band, which is what he does best imo. And Kurt Cobain is an amazing songwriter, but he is not that good on guitar, he can play simple riffs and solos, but nothing advanced. I love Cobain, but he is not that good on guitar. Grohl is probably equally skilled on guitar to Kurt.

And i think Grohl is cooler.. he is a Zep fan. So he is automatically awesome! lol

Well making good simple riffs sound amazing is half of what it takes to be a good guitar player.

true, but its only half. The other half is pure skill, originality and innovation. Innovation is something that has been completely forgotten about. Everyone plays the same thing over and over again now.

oh god.. dont buy into that stuff. ANY SONG backwards will sound f-ed up and you can probably make up words that fit into any song backwards.

nah its just funny saw it on youtube funnier is dora the explorer backwards search it on youtube i also saw an 11 part series on youtube of backwards conspiracies of rock music i wasted 2 hours watching some christians complain about acdc and led zeppelin dont know why i bothered watching it leave good music alone and go back to you “god music” thats music thats not quite good its missing an O

Ha ha! That reminds me of the classic 'back track' law suit. Memory's fuzzy so bare with me, but Dee Snider (Twisted Sister) and his legal team were fighting this case against some bored house wifes and some fame hungry legal team. On the last day of the trail they presented a song that played backwards said 'You will live in an ice cream house'. You could see the look of 'what the hell are we doing here?' on the judge's face.

OK first of all Led Zeppelin are the greatest band of all time period! but thats just my opinion hehe.

Other favourites are Muse, Guns N Roses, Foo Fighters, The Doors, The Libertines, Radiohead, Manic Street Preachers, Bloc Party, Kasabian, Queen, and on and on and on…
