Well i played the demo of this and it really doen’t seem that good at all the way the fighters move is annoying and graphics suck it looks like a crap cartoon. UFC 09 will be fighting game of the year without a doubt. Anyway if anyone else has played the demo let me know your thoughts.

(Remember guys this is my opinion and i don’t want a discussion to occur because some of you have always got a point to make and have an obsession with being right in your own mind)

i thought the demo was awesome.

I loved the graphics, the animations, and the crowd looked really good.

Since i really didnt like the controls of UFC, i think this is a little bit better.

I'm with you Miiiitch, hated the demo. I picked up FNR 3 for dirt cheap and I'm playing that instead. Still loving UFC too

finally someone with some sense. ufc owns and the only reason most don’t like it is because they lack the skill to learn the piss easy controls.

So true FN3 is a awesome game and fuckin cheap, i also hated FN4 the demo, and i love UFC its just so awesome.

sorry for having an opinion on the controls of UFC. I dont like them. I dont watch UFC, so i have no idea what the hell is going on, or who any of the dudes are.

FNR4, i like, i found it a lot more accesable then UFC.

My comment wasn’t directed at you mate, yeah it can get confusing as to whats going on in the octogon at times lol. the real ufc is a hell of a lot more fast paced then the game. Does anyone on these forums train in any styles of fighting. I have my blackbelt in judo and am currently on my red for bjj, i’ve also done kickboxing, muay thai and tae kwon do. it’d be good to know if there is other people who share the same hobby.

I took karate before, but i quit lol

but i did take this street fighting – self defense thing.. it was pretty cool

Look for everyone on this subject. First they are both great games but Fight Night 4 is just with the analog sticks no button and i believe would get pretty repeditive just dodgeing and punching. On the other hand UFC is the shit with a few bugs………… like quitters, glitches and so on and so on… The good thing is there patching these problems to level up to 200 from 100, quttiers will be punished and super stat glitch to be fixed.

Now I only own one of these games so my opinion is for UFC I play the demo for fight night great game but boring after a while… Ufcd great online and I love to knock people out!!!! So when making a decision on which to buy if you love boxing get FN4 but if you want fun get UFC

also for you who think i dont like ufc control they are great just like skate 2 for transitions if the controls are that complex to the tutorial people common practice makes perfect just like any other game ground game is hardest part PRACTICE IT !!!!!!!!

yh practice it u will get the ground game i hate the control on FNR4 it bors me UFC demo rocks because it more the botton pushin fnr4 is r3 pushin i donot like that but good game if i practice it i will get it im going 2 get ufc an fnr4 when i get tha money

i've got back into playing FNR 4 again & fightin tactically has made it awesome !

it maybe because im terrible at it but going for quick jabs & then softening their faces with a huge left hook feels pretty rewarding

This is by far a more rewarding game + theirs tons of replay value !!!
