but “eh” will never be eliminated from my vocabulary… it's a force of habit!
Even when I was vacationing in Florida I would say it without realizing it. People would just look at me and go “Oh, so you're from Canada” … pschh… acting like they know me. Maybe I was an American picking up Northern slang?
How can you not say “eh”? lol

LOL. So you did that while in Florida too, eh? Oh, I'm sorry… I meant to say “huh” at the end of that sentence because, while, you know… it sounds so much better than “eh”.
Oh, who am I kidding? “Eh” rocks my boat and keeps it afloat.
