Monkey – Your the first one to mention Arkham Asylum.

Now my post… which may i state is MY opinion..

Who ever said U2 is fake.. what the hell does that mean? The story is extremely well thought out, deep, and it pulls you in.. and i don't see how U2 is boring.. i still play it. i got bored of MW2, so i just go back and play U2.. i love it.

And who said MW2 has the best graphics, they look exactly the same as MW1, with crappy, lazy ass textures.. But the animations are great. The story in MW2 is lazy, feels like it was written in 10 minutes if you ask me. The voice acting is alright, but no where near the skill of Nolan and the rest of the crew on U2.

thats just my opinion on the whole matter..

and lets remember one thing – GotY is 100% completely opinionated. Anyone who disagrees really doesn't know anything. lol

Yeah i guess if i were to make some kind of Super Hero GOTY then Batman would win by 100 % . Since there havent been any others i played 🙂 But still , that game was pure epic and is definately a 9/10 .

9.5 for me. the extreme challenge rooms hurt the otherwise perfect experience.

i hate the extreme challenges that stopped me from platting Batman as well as i fight like a girl lol i suck at the freeflow

Don't get me wrong i am a fan of Borderlands really liked the game , but it's “different story” was paper thin and was'nt great and as for the whole new experience it really didnt push any bounderies.

in addition to your differences between RE4 and RE5 , graphics is an obvious one and the online co-op for that game is great i had loads of fun with that.

you said it yourself MW2 is amazing

if you wanna do a comparison between new experience games and games the kept the same formula , i think you know who will win

are you kidding me??? MW2 has the best online ever made, servers arent crap (no idea what the hell you were talking about?), great story, and about the maps, some are crap but not all.

to me MW2 is the best game ever invented!!!!imo

Are you even capable of reading? If so, read my comment again. Then retry an argument. I “said” the only way that MW2 will receive any nominations for GOTY is because of the multiplayer.

Unfortunately, I am not the only person in the world that has been tremendously disappointed in this game. Millions of people have been let down by MW2. So again, go you may want to develop proper reading skills.

My game of the year award goes to…

Ghostbusters: The Video Game

Why? The graphics were great, the story was great and all the GBs returned to provide character voices. As a huge Ghostbuster fanatic, this game was perfect. You FEEL like a Ghostbuster while you play it. Loved it.

P.S. My DLC game of the year goes to Flower. That was the most beautiful, relaxing experience I've had ever in a video game.

I agree. Flower was truely amazing. Also, its good to see someone other than me enjoyed Ghostbusters as well. I was a huge fanatic of the films. I really wanted the platinum on that game, but it is truely difficult.

i actually wish i could agree with you on Ghostbusters , the demo was really fun , i just never really got around to buying that game . Ghostbusters is one of my favourite movies of all time and im surprised i still dont own the game ! I guess it was the non – online coop that threw me off of buying it . 4 Player Coop wouldve been awesome .

yes you may have said it'll only win GOTY because of the multiplayer (which i disagree) but you did also say the maps are crap. they definetly arent. lots of variety in maps which i like, and theres lots of places to go on some. graphics and environments are fantastic. if you've played this map, take 'derail' as an example, fking beautiful. servers are great also and have been in COD4 and CoD:WaW.

and i am not let down at all actually, rather suprised they topped COD4 (WAS the best FPS ever, not now!).

I glad I read this, you just reminded me that I want that game on my Xmas list. sweet. Also, Batman AA should have been listed as the 5th one on my earlier post. The only reason I didn't put it closer to the top was the length of the game… I beat it so quick. Short games are pissing me off lately, they don't seem worth $60. Batman AA is forgiven, since every single thing was top notch about it.
