I know its not a game (as such) but there's a new update for the Playstation store.

Same thing with any DLing , it takes me about 10 minutes to DL a demo when it takes my friends hours ..

When the MAG beta came out that was my longest update ever, at 2.5 Gigs, it took 2 hours. That sucked cause the servers were only up for 3 hours that day.

My updates used to take really long, especially if I imported them and they weren't out in EU yet (SOCOM!!) then I went to my settins and disabled my media server and bye bye problems!

Think I got to 36% after 20 hours so I deleted it. Didn't seem worth the effort, plus all the HDD space it took up.

I did try and pass it on, Domba had a go at installing it with my code but because I'd already tried it wouldn't let him

I guess the M.A.G. Servers would be just like the EA Servers.

@x_D3adkl0wn_x – If I could I would give you my code, but I can't for the same reason empeedee couldn't give it to domba. Its a good game, I just find Uncharted 2 so much more fun, I guess its just the style of game that I prefer. So… I haven't really played MAG too much in the past week… I guess the beta is ending soon. You can still get in on the next one, I think it starts in a couple days, you just have to pre-order it thru the official website to get it. Quite a commitment tho, this many months away.

yeah i haven't played my mag beta since august cause i don't want to waste my time downloading the update sh*t

speaking of updates.. Brutal Legend required a 250mb download update the day it was released.. WTF? lol
