Gamestop pre-order beta code for MEDAL OF HONOR

I just received my beta code via e-mail today since I pre-ordered it and I was P.O.'ed to see that it was the Xbox 360's code. I contacted Gamestop and they wrote back to me and this is what I was told;

“Yes, I thought it looked strange at first, too, so I contacted EA and I was told that this code works for all systems. Please contact us if you have trouble.”

Well, I can already tell you that it isn't going to work. The code has twelve digits while the PS3 only allows nine-digit codes. Did anyone else receive a beta code yet? If so, how does yours look?

***Quickly looks at his old CoD classic code*** hmm it appears ps3 codes have 12 digits aswell, problem solved!

Hmm… problem possibly solved? Thanks, KoG. You're a hero among heroes. I'm still at work right now so I'll have to test this out when I get home. I just really hope it works. I was pumped for the new Medal of Honor and now I'm even more pumped that it's going to include an HD copy of Frontline! 🙂

Problem solved… the woman from Gamestop just wrote back to me to let me know that I have to go on to Medal of Honor's Web site and enter the code there. Once that's done, I'll get the proper code e-mailed to me directly from EA.

Ironically, Medal of Honor's Web site is down.

All EA codes have 12 digits as far as I know. I'm scraping my memory but I think all the Dragon Age unlocks were 12 and so were the BC2 codes.

It's a EA code, not a PSN code…

I was lucky enough to get into the beta (didn't preorder the game either) and some of you missed your chances. There was a glich where if you got a C&C4 beta code(since there were so many extras), you could enter that on the MoH website and it would actually work! I was able to recieve a code. Unfortunately, they ran out of C&C4 beta codes on gamespot. But if you had a C&C4 code from a long time ago, you can try entering that and see if it works.

What about Bad Comany 2 beta codes?

Ratchet have you tried putting in an old Bad Company 2 beta code? If you haven't, then you should try and see if it works.

Yeah, Assassin, I saw a video about that on youtube when I was looking at beta footage.

Which I am sure is against the T&Cs of any beta.
