God Of War 2 Trophy Guide
Ok here is the second part of the God of War Collection. This game's trophies are much easier compared to the first God of War game. It will take only 1 playthrough to get all of the trophies. The only thing with this game is the challenge of the titans is a lot harder than the challenge of the gods. For any questions you can leave a post here or send me a message on the PS3. Please no friend requests. My PSN ID is CoryAllen. Enjoy the guide!

Beat the Game on any Difficulty
Ok these trophies are all very straightforward. Just play through the game and all the above trophies will be attained. If you are having troubles or are lost, here is a link to a good walkthrough:
http://www.gamefaqs.com/consol…..2295/47418
Other Trophies:
Stoner (Bronze)
Stone and Shatter 30 Enemies
This is very simple. Just switch to medusa's gaze and stone and shatter 30 enemies. I'm not 100% sure but I think the stone and shatters from the challenge of the titans also count towards this. There is a challenge to stone and shatter 25 enemies so if the kills from that challenge count towards it then it is hard not to get this trophy quick.
Super Sized (Bronze)
Get a 500 Hits Combo
The easiest way to do this is to wait until after you beat the game when you unlock titan difficulty. Start a new game on titan and in the first room full of warriors of Rhodes, just spam Poseidon's Rage. You should get 500 hits very easy.
Hitting Your Stride (Bronze)
Power up any item
Just upgrade a weapon or magic. Should be the blades of Athena.
Eye Can't Believe it (Silver)
Collect all the Gorgon Eyes
Refer to Go Make a Pillow.
Go Make a Pillow! (Silver)
Collect all the Phoenix Feathers
Ok here is a great chest guide that has all types of chests including urns, phoenix feathers, gorgons eyes, and basically anything else you can think of. Use this to collect everything.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/consol…..2295/51382
Eye Sore (Silver)
Collect 20 Cyclops Eyes
If you beat the challenge of the titans and get titan rank on each challenge, you will unlock the arena of the fates. In there you can choose what enemies you challenge. Make it infinite respawning Cyclops and rip out their eyes. Or you can do the challenge of the titans where you must rip out the Cyclops eye over and over again until you get the trophy. To make this go quicker be sure to get as many Cyclops eyes as you can during the regular story mode.
Blowin' Your Wad (Silver)
Max out all Weapons and Magic
Here is a glitch guide if you want the orbs quick:
http://www.gamefaqs.com/consol…..2295/54994
Otherwise refer to Go Make a Pillow. You don't need many orbs to get this trophy because this trophy doesn't require you to upgrade the blade of Olympus. So you should finish the game with around 40,000 orbs.
Make sure to upgrade the blade of Olympus when going to get the 500 hits combo after beating the game because when you do challenge of the titans you're weapons are upgraded based on what they were in story mode.
Feel the Urn (Gold)
Collect and use at least 2 Urns of Power
Refer to Go Make a Pillow.
Bleeding Thumbs (Gold)
Beat the Challenge of the Titans
Ok the challenge of the titans trophy is by far the hardest trophy to get. Here are some videos showing great strategies on how to beat each challenge. The video quality isn't great but the strategies are awesome.

15 Min Fight Scene (Gold)
Battle your way to the Loom Chamber in under 15 minutes
This is easy, just rush through the enemies. Shred them to pieces as quick as possible. The loom chamber is the room holding Clotho the 3rd sister of fate. This is the battle that leads to the really dark looking door with a design of the sister of fate on it that you open to see Clotho's lower body. Here's a video of the battle to help show where this battle is:

You Know the Germans Make Good Stuff… (Gold)
Collect all Uber Chests
Refer to Go Make a Pillow. There are 3 Uber chests total: experience, magic, and health.
Trophy of Gaia (Platinum)
Unlock all God of War II Trophies
Congratulations on the platinum! You got them all!
Enjoy the guide I hope it helped!!!

January 4, 2010 at 12:03 am #54484W4RG34R3D_SN1P3RMemberGuides are useless for these challenges . Its just your luck of the draw how the enemies are going to spawn and how its going to be played out . For example ; take challenge 4 : Protect the Weak . The guide posted states how the circle you must keep the translater inside will go from SW to SE . However i myself was able to experience the circle move up to the top of the arena , where a group of Cyclops , Satyrs and Sirens were just eagerly waiting to get a bite out of me (yum!)
For the love of God i cannot beat this Challenge , i would like to say im getting better every try but something always ends up going wrong . The Challenge of the Gods seemed to be very easy , where some people would say these are harder . If any of you guys have the platinums , and actually have useful tips , then please feel free to post . It would be greatly appreciated .

I'm stuck at that challenge too, I gave up, once I get sick of AC2 and IF I'll go back to that. Here's a tip that got me to the Satyrs, Stop the time as much as possible, its R1 and L1.
January 4, 2010 at 10:45 pm #54554CoryAllenMemberlol well of course domba that's the only way to! for challenge 4 i find using the blade of olympus on the satyrs helps tremendously.
nick is right though. part of the challenges is just luck. play each challenge enough and you're bound to get lucky at some point lol
