The cheat codes only disable 3 trophies which are escape a 4star wanted level, survive 6 stars for 5 minutes and catch 20 criminals the the police data base. I watched the videos for the 2 trophies I need and do what they do but I didn't get the trophies it shows I have done 40 counters.

I finally got them I wasn't allowed to use the health and lower wanted level codes qwhile I do them.

No, the random characters are only at their places at a certain time during the day.

I saw a website about the times they would be at their spots before, I'll try and pull it up for you.

EDIT: This isn't the website I used but it looks good.

Thanks 1 last question to get GTA to 100% do you have to have all the online trophies I've never played this online so I don't know how.

For the trophy “Key to the City” – Complete GTAIV to 100% you do not have to play online you just have to get your single player stats up to 100%.

If you want to get your trophy percentage up to 100% then yes you will have to spend a LOT of time on the multiplayer. If you have any other questions just post here or PM me.

Maybe my game's mest up I've been to all 3 locations Brian is at During the night time and day time and hes never there.

Remember you have to have some main story missions and some side missions done before some random characters appear, I would reccomend leaving the Random Characters to last before the collectibles in a 100% run.

Lemme tell you this, it takes balls to make a guide of GTA IV lol..

Got my Auf Wiedersehen Petrovic trophy today, damn was i scared for a few seconds after that last race lol, but you really don't have to do it in 1 session, you might wanna add that, reason for that rimour to go into the world was when trophies for GTA IV just came out, to many people were racing at the same time, wich caused the servers to overload and data being lost, now the multiplayer is practically dead so theres no harm in doing it in multiple sessions.. And also very important, you have to win as a cop AND a crook in One For All AND All For One..

Just randomly attack people, the ones who fight back, you have to counter, by pressing X right when they're about to hit you, then quickly hit them back, i had no problems with this, melee-counters are not just hitting people, you really have to counter-hit them.. (succesfully.. lol)
