Yeah. You can try to beat the game will all characters still alive or atleast most of them and the story changes i guess. Plus there will be DLC.

im going to be getting this (hopefully)… looks amazing.

But i just wasted $350 on some home recording studio equipment.. gayness.

Oh well.. I watched some gameplay footage, it was part of the first level.. looks fantastic. Really keeps you connected, can't just sit back and watch by the looks of it.

HMV is selling the SE for the same price as the regular version in the UK

I was REALLY considering importing the special edition from the UK (after shipping and conversion, it's only $73 Canadian; looking at you, Parnakas) because damn, does it look sexy. The downfall for me is that in order to buy the DLC at a later date, I'd have to buy a UK PSN card, and that just seems like a big hassle. I've also been considering importing 'EyePet' because I'm getting really impatient waiting for it to come here. It was supposed to show up in North America in April (which makes no sense since the rest of received it last November), but now, according to certain Web sites, it won't be making it here until November of THIS year. A whole year later? Really?! So yeah, who knows; I just may import that as well as the special edition for 'Heavy Rain'. Just sucks that a $50 PSN card from the UK costs over $80 Canadian.

Tridon:

First off – CANADA FTW!!!

Secondly – if you buy the UK version of the game, and play it on your Canadian account, it will work fine.. but if you get UK DLC, and try to use it on your Canadian account, i don't think it will work. Not 100% sure, but i would look into that if i was you.

Thirdly – CANADA FTW…. AGAIN! BAM!!!

I don't see why UK DLC wouldn't work on my Canadian account. I download demos off my UK account and play them on my Canadian account all the time. I'm also able to play stuff that I bought on my Canadian account on my UK account.

Also… CANADA FTW!!!

Tridon – My friend in the UK let me take some LBP DLC Costumes from his store, that were paid for. They did not work on my Canadian account.. The demos work, but the costumes never worked..

I also tried this with some Warhawk DLC, and it didnt work.

Watch out man.. im almost 99% sure that you wont be able to do what your trying to do..

and btw.. ONTARIO FTW!!

Parnakas – Were you trying to use UK DLC with a Canadian copy of the game, or was it a UK copy of the game? I could understand it not working on a Canadian copy. I only want UK DLC if I import games from the UK.

Apparently some of the first DLC for Heavy Rain puts you in place of the Origami Killer,

Heavy Rain: Chronicles DLC lets you be Origami Killer

That should be fun! I imagine it'll play like you're Jack The Ripper or a grounded Ezio/Altair?
