How come Uk store got an update and Us store didn’t?????

I have not had a chance to play them yet, but i have two.

Got two little papers with different codes on them. Scarecrow Challenge (DEM BONES) #1 and Scarecrow CHallenge (forgot the name) #2.. And both came with an Arkham Asylum Sticker.. 

maybe they are the same? im not sure but all i know is i got two different codes. I havent tried them out yet, so they could be exactly the same.
