Red Dead Redemption
Estimated Time: 80 hours+
Platinum Difficulty: 4/10
Playthroughs Required: 1 (but if you miss the 20 missions with the same horse, you will need to do another playthrough, as I'm not sure if mission select would work)
Difficulty Trophies: No (but you must switch to a higher “aiming” difficulty for 1 trophy)
Online Trophies: Yes
Most Challenging Trophy: Posse Up (To get 8 ppl together from your friends list can be tough enough, so trying with dbags in a public free roam is almost impossible as some just refuse to join a posse. Luckily we got 8 ppl together from the site and all took turns getting it. Thanks to all who participated BTW.)
Hands down, GOTY. It's still early in the year, but I don't think anything will be coming out this year that could challenge it. If you don't have this game, GO & GET it right NOW. For those that didn't like GTA IV, give Rockstar a chance with this one. I'm almost 99.9% certain you won't regret it.
The SP is epic & very deep. The online is quite fun, although the past few days, I've had problems staying in matches some of the time, but that could be on my end.
Overall, I'd give it a 9.5/10, because it does have some flaws, and nothing can be perfect…
I've had that problem since the game came out, but I heard on IGN's daily fix that a patch for that is coming out before the Outlaws To The End DLC.
June 8, 2010 at 10:01 pm #62411Gashead-64MemberCloudy With A Chance of Meatballs lol
Time: 7 hrs
Plat Difficulty: 1/10
Playthroughs required: 1 (may need to replay some levels)
No online
Most challenging trophy: Ultra Food’onaut ….Finish Game with Final Ending.
most challenging because u have to destroy all the hydronic foodpods then do a final level, lol still 1/10 difficulty tho…
lol helped any1!!!?
June 9, 2010 at 3:22 am #62422parnakasMemberI recently got 2 plats so..
LittleBigPlanet
Time: Hard to say, not that long. Only reason it took me so long to get it, was because I could never beat the bunker before, then I forgot about the game, and I just went back to it and beat it.
Plat Difficulty: 2/10
Playthroughs Required: I guess 1?
Most Challenging trophy: Play. Ace all levels. The bunker = so damn frustrating!!
Newest Plat:
Heavy Rain
Plat Difficulty: 2/10
Playthroughs Required: I would have to say 2
No Online
Most Challenging Trophy: I guess the trophy about seeing all endings. Its not hard, just really time consuming. And The Bear trophy (Complete that car scene perfectly) was a pain to get.
June 9, 2010 at 11:45 pm #62476steve-oMemberdead to rights
time 25- 30hrs
hardness 3/10 aka pi*s easy
hardest trophy… finish the game on hard
glitched trophies… collect 25 police badges… mine pinged at 40 something
playthroughs… 1 but i did it in 2 to get all the police badges on easy
over all 2/10 story line is sketchy. game play is awful and graphics are average.
June 15, 2010 at 2:13 pm #62608DarkAssassin78MemberRed Dead Redemption
50+hours
3/10 offline
8/10 onlineHardest for me was the ranking because I got screwed over by the update
playthroughs 1.25 I did a whole playthrough but didn't get that horse trophy so i had to do another oneI'd give the game a 9/10
June 17, 2010 at 6:35 am #62711The GeneralMemberGod of War II
Estimated Time: 10.5 hours
Platinum Difficulty: 3/10
Playthroughs Required: 1
Difficulty Trophies: No
Online Trophies: No
Most Challenging Trophy: Bleeding Thumbs (Challenge of the Titans)
After reading about the boss batch 3 trophy being glitched, I saved/quit before freeing the Phoenix, then played through until beating the game in 1 sitting, and it unlocked fine after defeating Clotho, the final sister of fate. As long as you don't quit the game (back to the xmb) between the Kraken and the final sister, you should get the trophy with no problems.
It was sort of tough playing through this type of confined game after playing RDR. Linear, button-mashers just don't measure up.

Estimated Time – 20-30 hours
Platinum Difficulty – 8/10
Playthroughs Required – 1
Online Trophies – No
Difficult Trophies – Still Counting (Attain a Time Trial Star Rating of 50)
Chapter 2 Speedrun
Chapter 9 SpeedrunThis is actually the 3rd time I have got a Plat on this game, and it's still frustrating. You have to be perfect on the time trials and some of the speedruns are very unforgiving. However, once you find your groove in this game it is a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.
June 23, 2010 at 5:25 pm #62852The GeneralMemberGod of War III
Estimated time: 13.5 Hours
Platinum Difficulty: 3/10
Playthroughs Required: 1 (I did it in 2)
Difficulty Trophies: Yes, you must play once on Titan
Online Trophies: No
Most Challenging Trophy: Up To The Challenge (Get Stoned was a pain. The rest of the them were 1st or 2nd try, but Get Stoned took me like 15 tries)
Way better than the 1st & 2nd installments. That makes the GOW Platinum trifecta.
June 24, 2010 at 3:18 pm #62895LunaMoonfangMemberUncharted:Drake's Fortune
Estimated time:Depends on your skill, but I would say about 15 hours.

June 24, 2010 at 3:25 pm #62896LunaMoonfangMemberUncharted 2:Among Thieves

Online Trophies:Yes,two of them.Thrillseeker and Buddy System.
Most Challenging Trophy:Hmmm, not a single one of these was hard.Maybe the 200 kills-GAU-19.It was very boring to get, lol.

June 30, 2010 at 5:42 am #63131The GeneralMemberTrine
Estimated Time: Under 12 hours
Platinum Difficulty: 4/10
Playthroughs Required: 2 (you have to beat it once to unlock very hard)
Difficulty Trophies: Yes, several
Online Trophies: No
Most Difficult Trophy: Better Than Developers (about 15 tries to beat the last level on very hard without any deaths)
Picked it up when it was half price back around Christmas. Only real reason I got it was because it had a Platinum, but I really enjoyed it once I got to it. It felt like LBP a little bit, being a side-scroller, with multiple levels (heights), and a pretty good little combat style. There are 3 different characters you can use, and its fun to have to jump between the 3 during almost every level. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who likes side-scrollers or combat style games. Good fun to be had here. 8/10 overall
