It would be the same as the people who buy every game in the FIFA series.

Even though I live in Ireland some of my friends buy every game in the Madden series.

madden is the same thing over again but it doesn't mean it ain't fun. look at any racing game. they're all the same. with each new madden you get new players and some more new features

I don't call it football!
It's American Football to me. I normally buy sport games once every two years! e.g. FIFA 08 FIFA 10 etc. etc

See I would struggle to get into an American Football game. But to really appreciate soccer you need to play it and realise the tactical edge to the game.
