Who thinks that 3 ball hogs can work together and live up to the hype.
Anyone from Cleveland?
July 17, 2010 at 1:49 am #63843The GeneralMemberLOL. Any chance you from New York, Chicago, New Jersey, L.A.??? Like I said in the other thread, at least 3 chips in 4 yrs barring major injuries or a lockout
July 17, 2010 at 2:16 am #63844RKF95MemberI think they probably will bring 1 to South Beach, but thats just me.
A lockout would SUCK
July 17, 2010 at 3:13 am #63847jenkem_addict88MemberI still dont know what to think abou the whole thing. ilgalszgus(sp?) and miller both signed, and that kinda makes them unstoppeable and my hatred grow even more fierce.
July 17, 2010 at 4:12 am #63848dizzel22MemberPenny Hardaway is trying to make a come back with them , i'd love to see him come back and do well. This team is goin to be loads of fun to watch.
July 17, 2010 at 2:40 pm #63853Dkx07MemberI really hope Penny Hardaway makes a comeback! I've been a Heat fan since I was little so this off season made me quite happy. The only downside is they got rid of Beasley, now I have no use for my Beasley jersey I got last year, haha
July 17, 2010 at 4:32 pm #63856The GeneralMemberThe Penny situation is a bit conflicting for me. On one hand, I'd love for him to come back and get a ring, since he was one of my fav players in the 90's (I still have my Nike Zoom Air Penny's ), but on the other hand, that roster spot could be used to sign someone who could give more production to the team off the bench.
For all the haters out there, lol, it must hurt witnessing all of them taking less money so that the organization can build an actual team. I'm pretty sure in the total overall contracts signed so far, there must be close to $100M left on the table between them (Flash, Bosh, LeBron, UD, Miller, Big Z).
I wonder if Shaq has thought of a return. Although, I'm not sure if he'd be welcome, but he is another BIG body to fill the lane and contest shots…
July 17, 2010 at 5:58 pm #63859RKF95MemberI really doubt Pennys comin back but Pat Riley shocked the world with his current roster.(or atleast everyone in the US, since were the only ones that care)
And Shaq is going to spend atleast one season with every fckin team in the NBA.
July 17, 2010 at 11:04 pm #63869The GeneralMemberI agree, it was just Penny having “hoop dreams” once again. I mean, they could bring in R.Butler for his 3pt shooting and defense, or they could even bring in Iverson or T-Mac (who says he wants to go there), but they are apparently looking at bringing in/back Arroyo, Magloire & Juwan Howard, having just signed Miller & Ilgauskas.
The roster is definitely filling out nice. When they signed the 3 Kings, I didn't know how they were gonna do it, but Riley is a mastermind like none other.
July 17, 2010 at 11:13 pm #63870RKF95MemberYea, their roster is gonna be pretty deep with players wanting a ring.
Cant wait till they go to Cleveland
July 17, 2010 at 11:16 pm #63871The GeneralMemberMan, its gonna be a circus of HATE when they go to Cleveland.
*Oh, I forgot about Barnes in there as well. He'd be a good fit of the bench, being defensive minded

Its gonna be even worse when Miami blows them out by 30
maybe that would shut Clevelands owner up.
July 17, 2010 at 11:31 pm #63874The GeneralMember30 might be a little generous HAHA!!!
BTW, who's ur team? How about everyone else as well? Who does everyone cheer for?
July 17, 2010 at 11:44 pm #63875RKF95MemberIm with Dallas

July 18, 2010 at 12:05 am #63879jenkem_addict88MemberOKC Thunder!!!!!!!! they are gonna be scary good in a few years so i hope miamis big 3 only stay together for 3 years like they all signed for. i just hope the thunder dont get screwed like the jazz did in the late 90's y having to play the bulls year after year…
