i was playing mw2 online earlier and some dick told me to leave the lobby and used abusive language towards me because i used a shotgun. It is ridiculous how angryand abusive some people get on mw2. Its usually over something stupid or you playing better than them.

It is ridiculous. That is the only problem i have with mw2 other than that i find it a high enjoyable game

lol, U shouldve used a riot shield 2 that would really piss him off

But that happens in every game, like 10 mins ago I tapped some one out in UFC in like 10 seconds (sucka) and he unleashed a fckin rant on me

I always get the ones that threaten to kill my family…and make fun of my mom . lol But, its ok cuz its only a game…but for some its their life…Speaking of the MLG Conference was just in my current city last weekend.

Read it again ,most people who play MW2 DONT care about prestiging , even though they do it , it doesnt stop them from playing when there at the top. MW and MW2 are the games that alot of non-gamers play and while it may blow your mind that people only play for fun , alot of cant believe you would play for anything else.

And yes i do believe trophy collecting can be obsessive in the same post you even go on to say it aswell.

You may say that many of the people that play dont care about prestiging…well i would like to know what time you get on to play and play with those people…B/C I'm tired of hearing everyone spout about their stats after the game and tell everyone about the levels, what they unlocked, etc. Everytime I'm on…thats who i have to deal with . I agree with you in saying that some people play games for fun. I just find it hard to believe that there is a majority in the MW or MW2 world (highly doubt it), but w/e. Doesn't bother me at all. Whenever I get frustrated I just go to something else . Ahh the beauty of having more than one game.

uncharted 2 had an amazing single player with a decent multiplayer but the single player is what caught everyone's attention and is what made it so well known and won it all those awards, on the other hand you have modern warfare 2 which has an average campaign but an extremely addictive multiplayer which as we all know has it's issues but those are the faults of the developers and while this does take away quite a bit from the online experience, millions of people still come back to and play online, why? because the multiplayer is fast-paced and very addictive with lots to do and can play out for a longgg time and i think what people are arguing about here is that uncharted 2's multiplayer is still fun and balanced which very true but then again it's all about opinion, so personal preference aside the facts are that there are more people who are currently playing mw2 than uncharted 2 even with all the issues mw2 has because the gameplay is just that addictive but criticizing either game based on it's single or multiplayer is crazy and each game should just be enjoyed for what it is, not compared and argued over.

I know this thread is to keep others for arguing in other threads, but this whole thing is stupid.

C'mon guys. You can have both games. You can play both. U2's much preferred story and MW2's much preferred multiplayer. U2's less addicting multiplayer and MW2's boring story. No need to argue over two games.

But in the end, I guess it's just a matter of personal preference. So…

Uncharted 2.
