Its wierd – my sister complained of the exact same thing, and I had to ask if she was being serious or just saying that it was frustrating to watch – she was serious. I had no such experience. It must have something to do with how your brain is processing the image, since really the 3D is just an illusion created by tricking the eyes and brain. That kinda sucks – I wonder if the non-glasses tvs I mentioned above would still do that to you.
I can't watch camcorder footage either, so Blair Witch Project was a pain cause I didn't want to leave the cinema in case people thought I was being a pussy!!!

Like you said probably something to with the way my brain processess images.
