Knightmare we can nominate all we want but if Admin doesn't come back it isn't going to make a difference.

But, yeah parnakas and Cory would be my first two picks for mods.

if shadeblack was still a common user of the site i would recommend him to be the moderator cos he is skilled with computers and he is mature enough to not fu ***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** up the website

While I do agree that the site needs moderators to keep things on an even Keel I have to ask again; why the sudden outcry?

I'm aware that I'm repeating myself here but can someone explain to me where they are finding this deterioration in the site? I'll admit that I don't pick through every single thread that pops up but I do visit these forums on an almost daily basis and the vast majority of threads are troll and flame free.

There's often a difference of opinion but rarely anything that qualifies as a fight. And a quick glance through some of the older threads is enough to confirm that it's always been like that.

A fight started on the Avatar: Greatest Movie… thread between W4R and Wrath/Mojo. It got fairly out of hand with people piling in on both sides but was confined to that thread until people started jumping ship claiming the whole site was a lost cause. Without trying to sound too harsh I honestly believe those guys leaving had less to do with all the fighting and more to do with the recent influx of outspoken new members resulting in this place no longer being their own personal playground.

Anyone here is more than welcome to show me the problems on the site that I'm missing because at the moment this talk of boycotting the place just feels like people starting to believe their own bullsh*t.

Maybe instead of mod's people just need to harden up and either fight out your fights or just leave them be and not respond to BS .

One thing is for sure we need threads to be more about games rather than off-topic crap , some of it is good fun but it just dominates this site

Very true. I think the only real downturn on this site was when the place was getting spammed with nonsense threads about people’s favourite cheese and ice-cream. That sh*t was an exercise in tedium.

Personally, i dont see a problem with off-topic threads, but what i do see a problem with is the amount of stupid arguments that take place in almost every thread.. and its always the same thing.

“This is better than that”

“No! That is better than this!”

“Well thats your opinion, now respect mine”

“Screw you! Your wrong! Idiot!”

i'll probably leave soon.. but we will see what happens.
