ah! i had that happen too! it ticked me off so bad because i was at the end of a level i spent so much time on. after something like that it's tough to keep wanting to go for the platinum lol

lol yeah no need to rush! i stopped playing it for like 3 months after i had that patch problem then came back and got the platinum. it's too annoying to try every day trying to get. it's better to enjoy some good games until you feel like working for that again lol

did just that for uncharted plat i got it after giving up on world at war
lol exactly. it's the best way. there's no need to rush that crap. that's how i'm doing with mirror's edge. i'm waiting till i'm not sick of the game anymore to get the last few trophies. i think the uncharted plat was one of the funnest plats. that game isn't miserable like cod5 is
i never got burnout because of the eyetoy thing but i've definitely heard a lot about how annoying the eyetoy problem was lol. it sucks that it prolonged a platinum though
lol i have 22 trophies left to get the plat (not MP 2). IT TOOK ME 1 1/2 HOURS TO SHOOT GENERAL AMSEL WITH A PISTOL. lol. Once i beat the game on veteran ill only have like 4 or 5 trophies left.
if i recall that's a pretty tough level too. but yeah blowtorch and corkscrew on veteran is so aggravating. i broke 3 controllers playing it lol. that's why when i beat cod5 i pretty much quit it all together. good luck man
