Amazon isn't solely a marketplace though and play.com operates PlayTrade which is essentially the same thing.
that's true, but play.com is far more secure when using play trade, as compared to amazon's marketplace.
amazon is great when the products are sold by amazon! I try to not to buy from other sources, but another thing i like about amazon is that you can get some things that aren't available anywhere else.
play.com however is basically the perfect example of a successful and reliable online shop.
play.com just sort of has flOw.
Agree about being able to get rare things through amazon.
Another good thing with play is that they always send things out a couple of days early.
play.com as its free delivery, but if we are comparing those two, why not add in shopto.com then?
oh, btw, if ppl are thinking of pre-orders, (Assassins creed 2, fifa 10, bioshock 2, MW2, etc) then go to the tesco's website, click on direct, then look at the 20 % off pre-orders offer. this means you can get MW2 for £36, and the others for £32, free delivery
