yea i noticed the Spiderman logo is gone.

But PS3 Slim would be a more appropriate name.. because of its look.

ps3 slim looks good but won't effect any of us as we already have ps3s and i already know two people who are getting the ps3 slim only because its cheaper and gt5 is coming out and also ff13

it looks horrible compared to the old model it looks cheap and plasticy and what a bad font to write ps3 in i'm keeping it original

The only reason that would make me get this is the fact that it uses less power. The system itself looks pretty sleek, but I agree with monkeymoobs: the font they've used is horrible.

i think the font looks really glamerous and modern which it should be since its a newer version of the ps3 and i dont know how u think it looks plasticy i think it looks better tbh.

the old one was shiny were this looks like what the ps2 was made of at least it wont gather dust like the old ones do though lol

doesnt look like it has the card readers on it . i have a launch 60 gig with the card readers and I love the fact i can and do keep all my game saves backed up on a sd card. What about hdd swaps on the slim? is it the same deal as the ps3 fat? easy to swap out a bigger drive?

Its on the bottom of the console or something you do the same thing as you did for the ps3 for the Hdd swaps

uses the same HDD, so no problems.

My 20GB PS3 doesnt have any card reader.. and i dont think the PS3 SLim has any either.

cool that you can back up all your save data files on a sd card. I jsut back them up on a USB Drive.

Great News I have managed to convert an avid XBOX fan to a PS3 due to the lessend price and the big memory. He has pre-ordered it and I have saw his receipt so it's definately not bs. !!!
