please stop sending this stuff. its getting so frickin annoying, i get on my ps3 everday and i get a message that says “PSN will release a MW2 beta key” (knoxie i knew you would send me that message at some point but it wasn't only you o_o) “PSN will realse Halo and L4D2 beta keys” (really…) and “If you send this to 20 or 50 people (cant remember) you'll get a 20$ psn cared by 11-1-09”

wtf…just stop seriously

i hate these damn things.. i get about 3 a day.. its very annoying. Stop sending them people!

Sony is not releasing a Halo or L4D or MW2 beta key, just because you send a message to people..

yeh i know but it was three in the morning and coryallen had sent me one so like a mexican wave i kept it going along

also i logged on today and i had three messages about either cod or psn $20

I was going to make a chain mail saying something along the lines of ” Saturday October ** 2009 is official “Shut the Hell up About Chain mails” day . Send this to 20 of your friends to keep them aware of the douchebags still believing a FREE Cod is coming to PS3 ( Yes i got that chain mail ) ” . I got a bit too lazy though T_T

YUP! Right there with all of ya. Knoxie sent me the MW2 one last night, and I was shocked he didn't know it was fake… so I explained the whole thing, to which he replied that ohh it was a joke… blah blah… But its not funny dammitahell! Some people sending them to me do reply that they thought it was real.,.. were they living in a cave for the past ten years?! Chain mail has always been fake!! What ***NO PROFANE LANGUAGE PLEASE*** lame ass goddamn company would waste their time tracking these things for chrissake?!

dont cry about it ffs! it was only a joke when i sent it btw, all yous taking it so serious that i actually would believe it are stupid. i was LOLing at it when i got it, as i told most but some people were seriously bubblin.

@knoxie – I'm not worried or angry that you sent me one, I was just using you as an example since people know you on this site. I definitely didn't mean to bash you there or anything, but now that I reread it, it does look like I'm pissed at you…. ooops. Really what irritates me is that I'm getting them from TONS of people… and uhh… I dunno,,, I guess I just didn't see the humor in it. Heh, sorry, I'm an anal retentive tight wad.

It really does surprise me though how many other people that sent them DO believe they're real. Common sense and logic should lead them to realize theres nothing to “test”, as many claim its doing, and that any beta or free money would be distributed through a much more efficient method.

But seriously. No more please.

yeah it was obvious it was an internal beta only.

i didnt mean to be nasty or anything but i just think its funny when people send me these things thats why i passed em on.

The one that really gets me is people who believed they were gonna get $20 for passing chain mail. What motivation in the world could a company EVER have for handing out money to do that?! It just doesn't make sense!!
