This might be a bad idea, but I'll put it out there…

I figure it would be a neat idea if we were to have a thread open for PSN Thursdays. All you have to do is list whatever you purchased on PSN Thursdays (redundant, I know). Theres a couple benefits:

1) General Interest – You can see what the whole APT crew is buying

2) Friends list – You can see what games other people have, and if that person has games in common with you, you can send them a friends request. I know that my friends list has quite a few people whom I've never actually played any games with…mainly because we don't own any games in common. For example, I wish this kind of thread existed before I bought bomberman, because as of right now I suck at single player, and I dont have a sweet clue who else bought the damn game to play it with me!

Of course that works in reverse too. Guests checking out this site can see what games you have and then theres even more chances that you'll find more people buying the same games you are. And with that there will be more people to trophy grind with (Yeah yeah, we all do it. Shameful stuff)

Anyways, we won't use this thread, as I'm sure some people may want to discuss it first and it will start getting cluttered already. Leave any thoughts you have about it and we'll see if it can be beneficial to all of us.

We actually created an APT gameshare quite a while ago, but we kept it on the downlow since we didnt know how that would a actually work . I suppose the real problem was whos going to dish out the money and buy us all the free crap .

Nonetheless good idea Barkie , i like it , and yes i probably wouldve like to have this a long time ago . Psn games like TMNT are really hurting >_<

I like this idea Barkie, especially since its not centered around gamesharing, but more sharing thoughts and opinions on the actual content. For the record – I do not gameshare. Sorry guys, but I'm paranoid. Anyway, I was about to start a thread about Pixel Junk Shooter, but then I saw this… so…

I bought Pixel Junk Shooter last night, been waiting months for this and I am not dissapointed. For anyone thinking “yeah but don't we have like 8 million top down shooter games on PSN already??” let it be noted that yes, we do, but this game is still different. Like most Pixel Junk games, it takes a classic gameplay style and crams innovation up its wazoo to make it cool again. It has the standard fly around and shoot enemies mechanics, but the goal of the game is to save little stranded dudes strewn all over the place. When there are none left in an area you move on (that includes if they die, but if 5 or more die you fail the level). It starts off with some basic puzzles that get progressively more complicated, and the generally involve the way you interact with the environment. Water can drown people, hot magma burns them, but if you mix the two, it turns to destructible dirt. You eventually acquire different suits for your ship, like a magma suit that lets you spew hot magma wherever you please, or a water suit that,,, yup, you guessed it, lets you shoot water instead. The inclusion of a two player local play seals the deal for me too, since we still seem to lack many games that support this feature, and its one that I really enjoy. I just always think its more fun to play a game with someone whos in the same room (unless its competitive fps, damn screen cheaters). Overall, its a simple fun game with a reasonable price and I recommend that everyone try it (especially if they release a demo).

I like the idea, but I don't have any new games. Stupid Ban! Well, when I get my account back I'll play some unpopular games for trophies with you guys. (I really want PixelJunk Shooter)

@ratchet – Initially I figured it should be for any purchases you make on each thursday. But now I guess you can add any retail game you bought as well.

@Bigwoop, yeah, I've been playing PJS since last night and it is fantastic! Controlling the lava/water/oil and gas is extremely fun.

Anyways, So we'll create a different thread for the purchase lists. Put up any games you currently own if you want to.
