Having just finished the sp game (and with the promise of a fairly easy platinum) I've just tried the online play to pick up a few more of the trophies. What a competely fun-free and frustrating experience that was.

After spending hour upon hour on the likes of Team Fortress and KZ2 I can't believe that companies are happy to turn out rubbish like this (thankfully I only had it on rental and can send it back!).

Has this game got the worst online multiplayer yet seen on PS3 or are there other games I need to avoid?

Feel much better now after my little rant.

agree with u rented it for a few days online meh and also did not think greatly of lord of the rings online

best online games for me

1.warhawk

2.killzone2

3.both call of duty 4 and 5

4.resistance 2 co-op rules

5.really like gta4

heaps more

Hmmmm……….

Well… I played single player, thought that was quite good, and yeah, not 2 hard on 007 mode, so completed all single player trophies on 2 play throughs, and i dont think any1 can argue that is bad, but we're talking about the online….

I really do think there are 2 sides to this, when i first got it, to me it seemed like a 3rd person cod, but not quite as good (obviously). you have got relativley good aspects about it, and i think the 1st 50,000 credits arent that difficult (especially when using Hutchinson A4 with increased fire rate and damage) I personally got to approx. 70,000 credits, and havent played the game again, as the maps are few and monotonous, and i cba 2 unlock all the golden bloody guns. Yeah, it is boring getting the last third or so of credits, and i'm still waiting before i can bring myself off zombies to finish this game off, but really, if you aren't 2 fussed about golden guns, and want a decent singleplayer aswell, then…not a bad cheap game tbh.

Admittedly as a movie tie-in, the single player game is one of the better ones out there (although thats mainly because most other movie tie-ins just suck). I guess we've just been spoiled online with games like COD 4 and KZ2 etc.

Other miserable online gaming experiences? Personally, I think Resistance 2's online sucks, and I've voiced that a number of times (just because you can get 60 people in a game doesn't make it cool). Also, condemned 2's online was pretty beat…not that you would buy it for that. I think dark sector had a really crappy online I tried once too… not sure tho, returned that game. Bionic commando has some really dissapointing online… it could have been really crazy, but the level layouts suck, the match making system sucks, and thats enough suck for me to put it down.

i actually thought QOS's online was amazing aswell, really enjoyed it bit i cba 2 get 100,000 creds… i think i was at like 80,000 & gave up (i had a good kill ratio aswell! )… poorest game online? no way imo fear 2 is terrible & resistance 2

if you want to play QoS then play team conflict at the end you get x4 on your credits

Is this thread taking the P!$$, QOS has an awsome online !!!!!! I really enjoyed it, of course Cod is better but this was a more relaxed version of cod and i really really liked it !!!

im joining ps3 freak    i loved every second

in fact my game had glitched because when i recently had 50000 creds which i spent   along the way    i was signed out and when i signed in i was given another 50000 to spend so actuallyi had gotten all accesories befor een reaching 100000 creds

what was it about resistance 2 online that you did not like? i just what to know.
