Resistance 2

It’s got vicious aliens and gun slinging space marines. Plenty of GORE – all the things everyone normal likes!!

The story takes place directly after the events of the first game, with the infected Nathan Hale being transported to Iceland after holding off the Chimeran invasion (an alien force with super armour).

Iceland goes sour and your dumped right back in the thick of the action, before the game spins two years into the future and the Chimera set there sights on America (Damn them), and in particular California. Can Hale do it again and save the Californians? Or has the infections spread to far? Can he be trusted? Well you can only find out by playing the game.

The opening mission, with a goliath stomping around in the background. I can tell you its better than the first games first mission. A0lthough It’s not a very good opening though, I would have expected better.

A few new guns on the block:



– Splicer – fires blades super fast and they bounce of walls, its good for grims         (Chimera hybrid) but this gun only spawns on those types of levels.

–         Bellock – simple as it’s a grenade launcher enough said, except for the fact that really you should use the classic bull’s-eye more.

–         HVAP wraith – Bog standard chain gun.

With 60 player online matches this game is set to be one hell of a ride. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I hope you do to.

Whistonater gives it an 8.9

I love this game, I just completed the single player, and am playing through it again on difficult to unlock superhuman.

It is amazing online too!!

Once you sort out your grammar and spelling, you might have some luck!

Just read it again, it is a very good summary of the game in so few words. Sorry if I caused offense with the grammar comment – they may have been made by fast typing and missing letters or punctuation.

A very good effort though, maybe do some more for the site on other games you play?

so why did u give it 8.9?
u didnt state the flaws, or the good things.
could have talked about the new controls, new maps, graphics, scale, if the supporting characters were good or bad, the SOUNDS (effects, music, etc.), and the improved gameplay.

if u do another review, (i hope you do) make sure to pu some of the things i said.
pretty good though, just not descriptive enough

ok ill take that in mind but if you think about magazine companys and that get games to play before there release date if i could do that maybe i could bring out reviews.

When i get round to my next one which will probably be fallout 3 ill put more detail in
