Here's a special edition just for 1773:
April 26, 2012 at 8:00 pm #71637I773D33MABL3MemberYou know man, if I had a wife and kids they'd fcuking hate you
Luckily I only need to provide for my own ass so wasting money is very much an option. Although I have to say that this isn't blowing me away. I saw the price and was expecting something unreal but a leather jacket doesn't fit the bill. And what are the four tablet cases? Is the game even steelbook?!
September 21, 2012 at 8:59 am #72337emdeepeeMemberNot sure what to make of this. Trailer makes it look like it 'could' be a good game, however I've heard the demo is awful (haven't had time to try it myself yet). Will maybe wait for the reviews before deciding on rental or purchase.

September 24, 2012 at 2:27 am #72348gr8jrfanMemberIf I were you guys, I'd just skip out on this game. It's nothing special and Capcom () are making it. Or if you need more zombies, have content cut off the disc and shoved down your throat as DLC. Your choice, entirely…
September 25, 2012 at 9:29 pm #72353scotty243MemberIs it me or does Capcom like to reveal major plot points in their trailers?? I've seen a few trailers and so far it's revealing more & more of the game and making it less & less interesting. They already shown who's Wesker's son is, what Ada has to do with the situation, the groups meeting up with each other, etc.
Yes, I know. It's a trailer and it's suppose to show you stuff about the game but maybe Capcom is showing too much? Ah… Reviewers will probably plaster 9's and 10's on this shit…

Exactly. I don't want to get this but I also kinda do… It looks decent enough, sure, but do I have to have it? Eh… The critics are sure going to help with them all saying “Of course it's awesome! Go buy eleven copies!”
And I hate doing research on a game for the exact reason: Spoilers. So I don't have much to go on other than user reviews (HA) and what I feel like I should do.
September 25, 2012 at 11:31 pm #72359emdeepeeMemberI think the official mags will score it highly but think a lot of others will jump on the “it's cool to hate resi” bandwagon that seems to have kicked in since Resi 5 and give out a load of average scores.

You're right on with that and I do like it when sometimes the Devs. show the same demo or trailer over and over but sometimes present it differently (stealthy, action-packed, etc.) while sometimes I do find it to be pretty nice to see something more than: You're wife died, time to kick ass!
January 6, 2013 at 7:02 pm #72657scotty243MemberSo after storming through half of the campaigns in this game, I must say, the reviewers can kiss my ass. I don't understand the problem, honestly, please PM me or something to get me to understand why people are bitching about this game. I've had nothing but fun since playing this game and people claiming that it's not survival horror should be motherfcuking ashamed of their selves. Series change and evolve overtime, which is clearly what Resident Evil 6 has done.
This game is pretty much a summer blockbuster or something along that lines. The set pieces are heart-pounding and the action is always either tense or absolutely mind-blowing. The plot is actually nice and sweet with each campaign bringing something new to the table in terms of what is actually happening and in gameplay. Here, you have a military bio-terrorism unit's perspective on how they're dealing with the outbreak, a former body guard of the president having to relive the nightmares he has had to put away for several years, and other campaigns I've yet to touch.
I don't even know anymore. Hell, I don't even know what I'm writing, all I know is is that this game is kick ass adventure with a bit of nostalgia from past RE games and sweet characters. This game was a surprise as well, I didn't think I'd like it as much as I do, another hit of 2012 I wish people got to experience but didn't due to, “It's not RE anymore ”
January 7, 2013 at 6:00 am #72663gr8jrfanMemberHere here! Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks that way and put up a semi-rant for it.
January 7, 2013 at 8:19 am #72668emdeepeeMember@ scotty
Yeah apart from the “game-breaking” glitch that meant you got the trophy for finishing Chris' campaign but I didn't
Joking aside I'll redo that chapter Tuesday morning so we can crack on with Jake's ASAP
January 7, 2013 at 6:56 pm #72669gr8jrfanMemberThat glitch happens whenever you get kicked or join later. That happened to me and Patrick, too. Replaying it WILL solve the issue so you should be golden. Jake's campaign is the best!
January 7, 2013 at 8:45 pm #72670emdeepeeMember@gr8 – cheers, not sure why i didn't get it because scotty seemed to be the one who got kicked. Not to worry, I've got through it this evening ready for some more ass-kicking tomorrow!

Despite Capcom's shady past, the amount of content as well as enjoyment I've received from this game is unbelievable. This is a steal at the price it is right now. Man, talk about how people always feel they never get the right amount of content for what they paid…
January 26, 2013 at 12:40 am #72791scotty243MemberSiege actually seems cool, I think. I'm a bit upset since they're adding trophies alongside with it, from assumption, and while it makes no sense why they couldn't have added this MP in the main game, it's that the price is relatively “cheap”.
