I only played the demo of the first one – didn't really like it. They just threw you into a scenario and the first battle wasn't quite easy eather. Though I'm looking forward to the second one to some extend … I like shooters 😀

You're right – at the time it looks like the typical game that'll get delayed 2-3 times and will then be cancelled… would be a pity, though.

I can't agree with you on the marketing bit. I think it's had quite alot of coverage. But after what I've heard from beta testers it's no COD killer, so don't have too high expectations.

The most important thing was the new controls which didn't feel good, last I heard developers though of switching back to Resistance 1 controls which was OK. Also the AI wasn't that great, but this is from multiplayer and coop only. But it's still beta so things can change…

AI is not the biggest issue for me, as long as audio, video and especially the controls are fine.

i applied earlier today, here's hoping theres some slots left. as for reporting on it, i've taken part in public beta testing before and generally you only really have to report any problems/crashes/glitches etc that they can then act to rectify before release.
