i have a file converter thats about a thousand times faster than audacity, so i dont need to worry about that. My phone cant use mp3s.. but i'll try wav formats. Thanks!

Cool what software do you use i am always willing to try new apps! Its a shame most phones don’t use one format and stick to it! especially samsung phones they are different with everything especially tryin to install your own jar files uggggh i hate Samsung Mobile 🙂

its called ffmpegX – might only be for mac, not 100% sure. I love it! Its so fast! I hate samsung as well, my old phone was samsung, now i got a LG.. and i put it on a .wav format, and it worked! Santeria is now my ringtone!! Thank you sooo much to everyone who posted!!

Me singing – I dont practice Santeria, i ain't got no crystal ball…

glad it worked, I feel for your housemates and the singing! unless your unlike me and a class singer 🙂 I will check ffmpegX out i have Mac OSX86 so it might work Mac’s are so much better for everything, Microsoft suck at everything!

All we have over here that is affordable and good support are Intel and AMD based machines MAC’s are getting popular now since the introduction of iPhone and iPod but they’re not really as popular yet as Microsoft OS’. In college we learned about unix based systems and fluent in Microsoft based systems but never MAC, maybe cause it isn’t multi-platform compliant – for want of a better word – from a hardware reprogramming/rebuilding perspective.

I am wandering off topic now lol glad it worked! 🙂

yes, Macs are the best thing ever in my opinion.. i love them! I wish i could use them in school, as oppose to the crappy windows programs i use, which crashes all the damn time. Macs are quite popular over here in toronto, especially the macbooks. Everyone seems to have one.

And yes im a class singer.. in the bathroom lol im actually pretty bad at singing, but im working on it
