Ronaldo = £80Mill

No player is worth so much money! It must be a very disheartening read for those currently jobless in the UK (of which there are hundreds of thousands!) to know that one person alone can demand such a vulgar amount of money.

The rich get richer, the poor get poorer – never has it been so more obvious than when i heard about Ronaldo's offer this morning. Its shocking!

i agree. that is a ridiculous and stupid amount of money to have 1 guy play a sport.

Basicaly its saying Ronaldo is nearly worth as much as a full club (that a couple of years ago used to be one of the best clubs in England)

ermm firstly,

newcastle is only 100m bcoz theyr in the championship & mike ashley really wants 2 get rid of us

secondly, real madrid are VERY RICH atm so they can afford any1, thts why theyve got ronaldo who theyve chased after 4 ages

and lastly, ronaldo may have got world player of the year but messi is the best in the world tbh

1st… why do always take anything to do with newcastle offensively… I was simply using it as a comparison…(rhetorical question)

3rd… the only reason you think messi is gd is cuz he's tiny and he scored a header against Man Utd, but overall there really isnt any doubt that Ronaldo is the better player…

exactly…. i despise actors. They get paid a fuck load of money to act as someone else. Best player in the world? does that matter? Does he deserve to have all that money when innocent people all over the world are in poverty? 

Im just saying that the money that was spent on Actors and Sports, at least half should have went to people who actually need it.

What the hell are you going to do with 80 Million Dollars? Pointless Stuff. If you give a person in poverty 100 Dollars, they can survive a full life time, and the money would have been more well spent.

Sorry for going off topic, but i just think that the money that was paid to Ronaldo, and other sports stars and actors, is ridiculous.

When you pay taxes, you are not choosing what your paying for, your just giving it to the government, and they do what they want to with it.

Thats the problem. Serj Tankian said this and I 100% agree : We should be able to check off where we want our taxes to go.

So as you see, we pay for everything that happens in the world, we just dont choose what we want to pay for sometimes.
