Ok. If you have already completed the game (as I have), you will want to reload the Amanda chapter. Secondly, you want to progress to where you get into the game's first battle. You can curb stomp the same person 500 times and not get the trophy. You need to do the curb stomp, then go on until the game saves, then repeat.
