True Thevius Raccoonus
Unlock all trophies for Sly Cooper's first outing
Self-explanatory: just collect all other trophies and you will be rewarded with this relatively easy platinum.
Foxy Lady
Collect a police file from Carmelita
A story-related trophy found at the beginning of the game when you steal the police file from Carmelita.
Coin Collection
Collect a single coin
Just collect a single coin. Do this on the rooftop in the beginning by breaking objects.
Coin Recycler
Collect 60 coins
Collect 60 coins. By the end of the first mission you should have about 50-60 coins when you have 60 this trophy will pop.
Coins, Coins Everywhere
Collect 99 coins
Collect 99 coins you should have this within the first few levels no problem as long as you are defeating enemies and breaking things.
Programmers can do anything
Collect some Watery Blueprints
Collect some blueprints from Raleigh. These are in the level “A Stealthy Approach.
Top of the Morning
Learn Rob McCooper's Explosive Hat Technique
Just collect clue bottles and open vaults until you find Rob McCooper's Explosive Hat technique.

Enter into the world of Sly Cooper!
Just load up the game and in the middle of the first cut scene this trophy will popped.

Just keep collecting clue bottles until you find Drake Cooper's fast attack dive move.

Upgrade your slow motion technique
Keep collecting clue bottles until you get the slow technique and then upgrade it.

Learn Dev Cooperinda's Slow Motion Jump
Learn the slow motion technique by collecting clue bottles and opening vaults.

Just enter Muggshot's territory and this trophy will be yours.
Frog Legs
Defeat Sir Raleigh the Frog
You will get this trophy when you defeat Sir Raleigh The Frog. Quite an easy boss fight. Just jump back and forth between the platforms and have good timing and this trophy will be yours in no time.
Give the dog a bone
Defeat Muggshot
You will get this trophy when you defeat Muggshot. TO defeat him. Simply knock all the mirrors towards him. The easiest boss fight in the game for me.
Dance, Dance Ruby
Defeat Mz. Ruby
You will get this trophy when you defeat Mz Ruby. The second most difficult boss fight in my humble opinion. It's a voodoo Simon says and you must have excellent timing to defeat her.
Pandas aren't always cute
Defeat Panda King
To get this trophy you must defeat the panda king. This is quite easy and will require you to jump and move and precise moments, but it is nothing too bad.
Time Stopper
Max out all slow motion techniques
To get this trophy you must max out your slow motion technique. If you have been collecting clue bottles you should be fine and this trophy will pop when you upgrade your slow motion.
Complete darkness
Max out all shadow techniques
Once you have collected both of Skytukhamen's techniques this trophy will appear.
Bayou Lily
Enter the voodoo swamp
Just enter the voodoo swamp and this trophy will be yours.
Clash of the Clockwerk
Track down Clockwerk
Just get to the final boss against clockwerk and this trophy will be yours.
Meeting the Ancestors
Find all the blueprints
If you have been collecting the clue bottles then you should know that once a location you get blueprints. Just collect them in all locations to get this trophy.
Greedy Raccoon
Open all vaults
The hardest trophy in the game you must collect all the clue bottles in all levels to get this trophy this is time consuming so decide whether you want to do it on your first playthrough or have a second playthrough to collect them.
Oh no he didn't
Defeat Clockwerk
To obtain this trophy defeat the final boss clockwerk. A pretty fun fight and if you were collecting all the clue bottles then this is your last trophy before the platinum .

You took the time to put the guide together so you're halfway there. Just work a little on the Layout and maybe flesh out the explanations a little more.
A good thing to keep in mind when typing it up is if someone wants help with one or two trophies will they be able to find them at a glance or are they going to have to read through the whole guide searching? Spacing and font styles go a long way.
