So,,, I've beaten the game… and if you haven't DO NOT READ THIS!!!

::::MAJOR SPOILER ALERT::::::::MAJOR SPOILER ALERT::::::::MAJOR SPOILER ALERT::::

Am I the only one thats really confused about where Chloe really stands the whole game? Is she really on Drake's side the whole time? Or is she trying to manipulate everyone so she can get whatever treasure for herself? She seems to really flip flop to whatever side benefits her at a given time. I mean, in the end shes “good” ish… but it seems like she only is because she has no other choice. Like in the beginning, she really doesn't know harry is going to betray nate? And is Harry really that dumb, it takes him until more than half way thru the game that shes playing him, and then he still wants her at the end. IDIOT! Any way, what I'm getting at is that Chloe is the most confusing character in the story, and I can't really tell what her motivation is other than greed. At one point shes willing to fight off hoards of enemies, and at another shes claiming that doing so is suicide. She seems to have a really flimsy character development. Any one else feel this way?

yes, then she just leaves….and harrys a suicide bomber…and when elena got hurt i thought they were going to put that water of life on her but didnt happen….

ditto on the water, but really Drake couldn't since it got lit on fire during the fight. So it makes sense why that didn't happen. And DAMMIT why wasn't Sully around more?! I don't care if he's old, he can handle it!

lol Chloe is very mysterious, which is what her character is supposed to be. It makes sense.. i think she is on Drakes side, but she tries to play both sides, so she can get all the money. But then she realizes being the hero is a much greater reward..

Anyway.. the story had A LOT of similarities to the first Uncharted.. those monsters are similar to the Spaniards in U1, there is a curse on a treasure that the original discover was trying to protect, and it turns people into zombies.. like i said, A LOT of similarities.

The story is amazing though, as well as the game, it is right up there with MGS4.

I think Chloe is torn between Nate and greed, she wants to get rich, which means Harry, but secretly loves Nate and doesn't want to see him get hurt. That is why, during the fight through the town, she keep trying to get him to leave and when she finally pulls a gun on him she says something like, 'I was trying to save you, you fool,' or something like that. In the end she chooses Nate over her greed, but realizes that he loves Elena, that's why she leaves.

Harry obviously loves Chloe, hence why he tries to save her at the end. Still questioning why he goes all suicidal, but I guess he could just have realized he was going to die and been torn up about Chloe. As for Sully…. MOAR!

Uncharted 2 = EPIC!

Maybe that's why it's called “Among Thieves”. Just a thought. But Chloe is a flip flopper.

Basicly Nate is torn between the choice of being a thief and seek for his fortune and fame ( Like the heist with Flyn ) or do it himself and get the kindof treasure that was lost and never thought of being found again .

Like Parnakas said , Chloes whole intention from the beginning was high tail it the moment she got her share , possibly ditching the whole LOST PARADISE leaving Nate and Elena on thier own , but she saw how being the hero was much more then being known as that one selfish thief .
