Has anyone got 100% trophies yet? Seems like some of these bronze trophies should be silver or maybe gold……..like collecting 100,000 pollen……anyone have a good level or technique for achieving this? Also, the Zero pollen wasted Trophy…..how is this actually accomplished?
Why are so many trophy descriptions so ambigious? I like the link to youtube on this site, but maybe there should be a “more descriptive” text area for each trophy as well.
August 21, 2008 at 7:09 pm #16189PS3 TrophiesKeymasterI'm at around 60% finished, the later levels really takes some time. And I agree some of these should definitely be gold.
I'll try and add more descriptive info for the trophies, it's just that someone has to write the tips 🙂

August 22, 2008 at 8:02 pm #16200shadeblackParticipantI have all but the 'get all seeds on garden 10' and the '3p' one (because I don't have 3 players available!)
I actually posted detailed trophy tips on the main trophy page, but I think the admin must have taken it down 🙁
(don't know why)
Anyway, the Zero wasted pollen is fairly simply, but it's takes a very long time.
Go to garden 3 – this is the best garden for this trophy, and the only!
Work your way through the garden and open all the seeds, but don't collect any of the spectra until you desperately need one. this is very important to your survival in getting this trophy.
the best way is to go to the top middle of the garden (where the big 'hook' plant is waving about). Wait until the enemy starts chasing you. Avoid it further until there are a lot of prowlers near you. Then spin attack the enemy – it will split into 5 prowlers. get back on the flower ASAP and then use your silk to swing you around and hit as many prowlers as possible! the more prowlers, to more pollen you get, and the higher combo as well.
you must also remember, that your “score” (down in the bottom right hand corner) is NOT your pollen count! you need to reach roughly 400,000 score to get the 100,000 pollen.
Another thing is, don't exit the garden until the trophy pops up on your screen. you will get the trophy as soon as you get the 100,000 pollen, so there is no need to assume you have it, and exit the garden, only to find out you haven't. (I made that mistake once).
Hope that helps.

Zero Wasted Pollen is kinda tough, but if you're careful it's not too bad. Basically, you cannot let any of the pollen drift to the bottom of the stage and disappear or let it fade away (which it does if you don't collect it within like 30 seconds). It's okay if you collect pollen that does not actually get “used” on a seed. The strategy is to jump carefully into one pollen prowler at a time. Make sure you're spinning when you hit it, which'll draw the pollen into you as you hit it. It's best to hit the guy at the peak of a nearly vertical jump. Don't do combos or kill prowlers with your silk unless you're really sure of yourself. The goal is to open all seeds and get all the spectra in the level.
For 100,000 pollen, I used a strategy similar to shadeblack's. In general, don't kill individual prowlers. Go for the combos. Not only will it rack up pollen faster, but at combo 5 you get some crystals, which you'll definitely need.
For the “All Seeds in Garden X”…gardens 1 through 6 are pretty straightforward. For 7 through 10, I found it helpful to have a map of the entire level in front of me and just mark off each seed I opened. Those levels got kind of hard to keep track of.

September 11, 2008 at 4:26 am #16954HeroneSilvertonMemberI would have bought this game were it not for the timer. I'm sooo bad with time limits. =D
March 17, 2009 at 11:00 pm #21839dizzel22MemberZero wasted pollen – you wanna do this on one of the earlier stages , when u only have to get 1 spectra . Then just be careful , 1 prowler at a time making sure to collect all pollen from the prowler.
December 8, 2012 at 10:24 pm #72574scotty243MemberI'm really loving the list as it actually takes skill and thinking to further advance through the list. This is NOT the one and done 100% 2 hours deal, this will take time. I got all the seeds and Spectra from the first level but it seems the Pollen trophy for having 100,000 glitched on me as I didn't receive it, but I'll check a guide or something to see if I'm doing it right. I'll more than likely not use a guide on this 100% as I'm really having fun playing through the levels with excellent replayability.
