August 1, 2009 at 6:28 pm #34532CoryAllenMemberusing an old thread… so has anyone noticed how many trophy guides this site has gotten in the past few days? that psn card idea admin started is brilliant. i know there's been at least 10 guides posted this week lol
August 1, 2009 at 6:35 pm #34533MiiiitchMemberyeah it's great for those who can use PSN cards lol. i got 2 more coming, working on them now.

August 3, 2009 at 1:25 pm #34843MiiiitchMemberJust a general query admin, is it a rule that you have to have the plat to post the guide. i don't mind either way as my guides will be for games i've platinumed, it's just that i was looking at a couple of recent guides and they really only look like trophy lists and not guides at all. so i was just wondering what your thoughts were on the matter.
thanks
August 3, 2009 at 4:16 pm #34851pool96MemberI don't know if there is one for this game already but i MIGHT do one for Grand Theft Auto IV.
I haven't got the platinum yet but I am planning another AWP run on Thursday so if I get it I will have the platinum!
August 3, 2009 at 9:20 pm #34976CoryAllenMembergood luck on the plat pool!
@ miiitch-i'm sure admin will delete those that are like a trophy list and not a guide
August 3, 2009 at 10:33 pm #34985hemphcakeMember@ Miiiitch
I dont think you need to have platinumed your written guides, you just need a good understanding of the game you are doing! (IMO)
August 3, 2009 at 10:36 pm #34989CoryAllenMemberagreed. as long as you can give a good well thought out guide it shouldn't matter too much. i have seen some of the guides he's talking about though so i kinda see where he's comin from
August 3, 2009 at 10:43 pm #34997PS3 TrophiesKeymasterRefer to the sticky “Read Before Posting” thread for rules.
You're also allowed to create a trophy guide for a game that already has a guide submitted for it if you think you can make a better one.
August 3, 2009 at 10:45 pm #34999parnakasMemberYou should have MOST trophies… dont do a trophy guide without even beating the game at least once!
August 3, 2009 at 10:46 pm #35001hemphcakeMemberDoes anyone need a SS:HD guide? Also posted Ferrari Challenge guide if anyone needs help on that!

that's true.
i didn't know you can make a competing guide against someone else's. that's cool.
@ hemphcake- i'm sure someone could use it go ahead and make it

Yeah i did i was just curious on that particular aspect of the guides, thanks admin i think i'll remake a couple that to me look just like the lists. Also it haelps to have the platinum on a game before writing a guide that way you know how to get every trophy and the quality ofnthe guide is much better imo.
