Even if he has 2 systems, how would he get trophies minutes or seconds apart unless someone was playing one of the systems for him….im not bashing the guy or anything im just saying that he has ALOT of multiple plats for the same game bc of different regions versions and whatnot…which is kinda lame-o…
I agree with you on the multiple plats for one game.
@ Doc_B
I've heard that rumor about Hakoom having multiple people playing on his account also (Which is what I think is going on)
August 29, 2010 at 8:45 pm #65996jenkem_addict88MemberIDK im convinced that somrthing isnt right with his trophies and whatnot. Who in hell would want to earn another person trophies? i understand helping pepole with games so they can get one or 2 or boosting or whatever but who would want to play for someone so they can help someone else achieve a near holy status to psn nerds? especially when their 100's and 100's of hours of hard work will go unnoticed by everyone. Seems like lots of lame work and no reward at all except maybe a pat on the back from hakoom…….

Maybe he figured out some kind of hack program that unlocks every trophy on your list, and didnt plat SOCOM to make sure ppl dont think hes some shady hacker.

Or figured out an algorithm that will unlock trophies at different times of the day and start with bronze trophies first so that it doesn't look shady (pretty good idea)

August 30, 2010 at 3:15 am #66019jenkem_addict88MemberIt seems more likely that he has people play on his account for him. the other ideas dont make alot of sense to me but idk…

I'm trying to get my head around how this works
My son has his own PS3 and he's also logged in as the second account on mine, however, if you look at his trophies on my PS3 it only shows about a 1/3 of his total trophies, for example, Dirt 2 on mine shows about 8 % of trophies but on his it shows he's unlocked 50% of the trophies.

play dirt 2 on your ps3, then sync with the server, i reckon the trophies will appear on your account as well then
August 30, 2010 at 11:44 am #66024I773D33MABL3MemberThe problem with the Dirt trophies (or any game that doesn't seem to be up to date) is just in your trophy section on the XMB. His PSN card should still show the same total on all consoles his account is on. I have three consoles and I also have my account on my housemate's and my brother's consoles. My trophy list sometimes shows discrepancies but my PSN total is always identical.

Go onto his account and sign in to PSN. Then sync the trophies and they'll show up.

I've heard of 'Trophy Clans' – A group of people working together under one ID just to get trophies. If people send him games just because he gets loads of Plats what to say people don't play for him. I mean he could simply re-post the games to his 'clan'… They get a free game and he gets some free trophies? If you had skill yourself and about 5-8 people playing at diff. times with diff. 'skill sets' you could pretty much destroy most games… And i think you could have your own ID and help Hakoom.
Does anyone know if you can be signed in with one profile on multiple Ps3's at once?? I know you can only have 5 active machines at once but htis wouldn't effect retail games…

You can get trophies on multiple systems at the same time. But you must be signed in before you sync your trophies. In a sense, three could be getting trophies on three separate systems under one PSN ID; but each would need to sign in one at a time and sync their trophies before they could see what trophies everyone got.
August 31, 2010 at 2:33 am #66065I773D33MABL3MemberExactly what Ghost said. If you're signed in on one console and you sign in on another you'll get kicked on the first machine.
For multiple people using the same account this wouldn't be much of an issue. You could simply have one person playing offline and battering their way through long-winded games like Dragon Age, FFXIII and Sacred 2 while another user plays MP on a different game.
Also, having several people working towards the one profile would make boosting MP a breeze.

But it just feels wrong to me…I dont feel a sense of acomplishment after that platinum pops up when i know someone got a bunch of trophies for me on a separate playstation. (it is a good strategy for gathering trophies though )
